Great idea. Anybody claiming to be a libertarian should be behind this 100%. It's ridiculous that heroin isn't legal in the US, at least for pain therapy. If morphine, dilaudid, demerol, etc, etc (to say nothing of fentanyl) are legal, it's literally absurd that heroin isn't. There is no difference b/w any of these, except the effective dose, which (you would think) a doctor and hospital nurses would be able to navigate. If 1 mg of heroin is equivalent to 10 mg of morphine, and you're perfectly comfortable with legally prescribing 10 mg of morphine, then there's no difference whatsoever in prescribing 1 mg of heroin (or whatever the equivalent amount of fentanyl, dilaudid, whatever, which they can do legally). The idea that heroin (to say nothing of marijuana) is a Schedule I drug is the definition of absurd...

I believe once people get past all this craziness and some normalcy enters into the race with Democrats, Julian Castro is going to start making alot of sense to them.

the shooter in the Muslim attack in New Zealand live streamed him shooting for something like 17 minutes on facebook. 1.7m shares or copies of that video were created and subsequently scrubbed by facebook.

New Zealand sent out a notice that anyone in posession of that video could face up to 10 years in prison, any hosting company could face fines up to $200K.

New Zealand also shut down access on their internet to at least 2 websites, one called Dissent.com - no idea what it does but apparently it was hosting the video.

I'm not saying they are wrong in doing so - if it was child pornography we'd all be in agreement, but I still think Americans would have a problem with their approach in regards to this incident.
