driving 84 miles an hour in a 55mph zone in Louisville is a must appear in court ticket.

luckily the cop was a redneck, saw that I had an 1985 honda 3 wheeler in the back of my van which we talked about for a bit and dropped it down to where I can pay. It will probably be a $250 ticket (or more) I haven't checked.

the capper to a bad week. The night before my SIL decided she was going to spend the night with her boyfriend that no one likes so she lied about - long story short, I was locked out of the house because she wasn't there and sat/slept in the van until 5:30am when another sister came by to let me in.

I can't break a windows in my MILs house. I should have called someone and woke them up but by the time I determined she wasn't coming home it was already 3am so I elected to ride it out.

also, you guys whould watch the McAfee documentary on Netflix. The hammock discussion is worth the wait.

Oh, me too, but I was thinking for somebody to be up and about at 5:30 they'd have to be getting up at 5:00 or earlier...

ticket is $194, plus $179 administrative fee if I want to not have it appear on my record.

some days I'm just lucky I guess.

I’m driving 100 miles to Blytheville, AR in the morning to see the judge about a ticket.

87 in a 70, and the cop was nice enough to cut it down to 85 to make it 15 over.

When I called to ask how much, they told me $350. They said if I showed up for court, and had a clean driving record, the judge might knock off $100 or so, so I’m dragging ass early morning tomorrow to be there at 9AM for court.

Damn broke ass Arkansas town...

the fine was $60. Court fees were $134 and you pay court fees whether you show up or not.

I think I'd just pay the extra $100...

I ended up paying $65 plus court costs for a total of $180. Worth it, I guess...

So 5 hours (at least) of your time is worth $170?
