I guess theres an argument now that fucking Billy Kennedy is the greatest A&M basketball coach ever. Still thats how we should have played all year, and why I thought we had final four level talent.

I said all year we're Duke. And we got the same result (and then some) that they have gotten so many times in tournys past. Sadly, Duke is UNC this year, with MSU going out, I think they're a shoe-in for the FF and most likely the NC. Ugh...

I'm sticking with Villanova. They seem to be the best team all year and have played well in the tournament.

This is totally on Roy for keeping normal sub patterning even though run was about to start you could sense it and he subbed 3 bench players in and then down 5 took Berry out just absurd coaching by him.

Too mnay 3 point shoots and just could not get a call.

Actualy, K-State could win the NC. UK certainly could. Really, pretty much any team still playing (outside UMBC) has a shot at the NC this year, and it really won't be that much of a shock. Auburn? Michigan? Why not? Is it really that much of an effort to imagine Loyola beating Cincy in the next round? And then beating UK and getting to the FF? Not for me. At the same time, I would be equally un-shocked for UK or Cincy to be in the FF. I said all year we could be a FF team or we could lose in the second round. Well, thank god we didn't lose to Lipscomb...

I would love to see Cincinnati win or Loyola win

the problem for UK is they need a challenge, they need to know they are an underdog and need to prove something

That won't happen with a week of them hearing how they are a shoe in for the final four now.

They'll come out flat and get down by 12 points to the next team they play. That isn't sandbagging, that's been their pattern all year

however I will say we are a different team with Nick Richards on the bench and Diallo understanding his limits. That didn't happen until the last 2 games of the season.
