That is why they'd vote for and support a guy like Trump, not because they have any connection or aspirations to the life he leads, but because they just aren't going to listen to any entitled bullshit from anyone which is what they'd get electing any democrat to office.
That is the giant unintended consequence of rabid identity politics. For decades now, progressives have been trying to get everybody to think of themselves according some demographic tribe. To them, your tribe is everything. You are completely defined and assigned moral virtue according to your race, your sex, and your sexuality.
Of course, they were only interested in tribalizing those demographic groups they liked - blacks, Hispanics, women and gays - so that they could learn to be aggrieved as victims and line up to get reparations. It never occurred to progressives that the demographic categories of people they despise a - whites, males and straights - might start getting tired of being blamed for all the problems in the world, and start tribalizing too.
Speaking of evil white, straight, European Christian males, Happy Columbus Day!

Yeah, white males have only been organizing into a bloc in the past few years, as a response to progressives. Great call...

You’re onto us, hedge. White straight males are an old secret society. We have secret meetings, secret rituals, initiation ceremonies, bylaws and everything. We are dedicated to a single goal - to keep blacks, females and gays, down. We obey our great Leader, The Man.
That reminds me; eCat, it’s your turn to bring coffee and cookies to our secret meeting next Thursday night. It’s at the VFW at 7:00 pm, like always:

The Dem’s definitely have have the angry ugly childless shrieking women who hate men vote locked up. They definitely don’t have the happy married women with husbands and sons vote locked up. The latter look at what the Dems tried to do to Kavanaugh, and are horrified at the legal bizarroworld the Left is trying to create, where their innocent husbands’ and sons’ lives can be destroyed by a false accusation, with no corroborating evidence whatsoever, as long as that accuser is a woman.

Looks like Schumer and Pelosi were reading the same polls I posted above, and realized that a campaign platform consisting entirely of Kavanaugh Derangement Syndrome was leading their party towards midterm disaster. So now this, according to the Kavanaugh-tard CNN:
Senate Democrats shift focus away from Kavanaugh and pivot to health care
(CNN)Senate Democrats are quickly shifting their focus away from the polarizing Brett Kavanaugh fight and plan to intensely focus on health care in the final weeks of the midterm election season. Top Democrats told CNN Tuesday evening that they view the focus on health care -- specifically the GOP-led lawsuit to overturn the Affordable Care Act and gut pre-existing condition protections -- as more for salient in the eyes of voters, even as the GOP is campaigning heavily on the Kavanaugh fight to energize its base.

Smart move. Health care is a Democrat strength and a Republican weakness, even in red states.

I must agree.
Rat, you did everything you could. You took hedge in. You trained him. You mentored him. You bared your soul to him. You practically became a father to him. Yet, despite your heroic efforts, you just couldn't shape him into a worthy successor to your noble legacy.
It is not your fault. Despite all the advantages you provided for him, has hedge ever managed to post anything that rises to the incomparable "I have two balls," or the unforgettable "my pee smells like ham"? Even once? Despite your shining example, hedge still lacks the potential TGP greatness that you role modeled, and have tried to instill in him all these years.
It may be time to cut your losses. Maybe it is not meant to be. If hedge refuses to submit himself to your teachings, then maybe it is time for you to find another, one who is equipped to embrace and build upon all that you have to offer.
I nominate AA, if he is still alive.

Jared Kushner's bff has some serious 'splainin to do. Assassinations usually don't appear so brazen, not even in Russia.

Jared Kushner colluded with the Russians, on behalf of his father in law, to whack some Saudi guy! This is it!
Add this to the long list of impeachable offenses being compiled by Maxine Waters, ready if/when the Dem’s take back the House. Manafort and the Coffee Boy will surely spill the beans on this conspiracy, as well as Trump’s role in the JFK assasination, the disappearance of Jimmy Hoffa, and blowing up of the USS Maine.
