If women want to be taken seriously about sexual assault at any level, then this horseshit needs to stop.

It seems like something happened to her. she's believable, elicits sympathy. But nobody is backing her up, somebody has to remember this shit as well? Her friend doesn't, his friends don't. That's a serious problem. Combined with her own memory gaps (and I'm not just talking 35 year ones, she can't remember if her polygraph was the same day as her mothers funeral and that was only a month ago!) and it is really hard not to think she might have got it wrong.

I find it funny also that people on both sides talk about going to the cops, or that he should be in jail depending on your colors. I'm pretty sure that she could have gone directly to the police in 1982, or 83, or whatever year it was in whatever jurisdiction it was in and if everybody corroborated her story and admitted what they had done, nothing would have even happened to him. Nobody would have been chucked in jail for overagressively making a move on a girl at a high school party 35 years ago.

One of my liberal female friends called me yesterday, I was figuring she's be totally on Ford's side, she said "who didn't have a dick put in their face in the 1980's in high school, jesus, grow the fuck up". I don't necessarily buy that, but I thought it was kinda funny...

I don't understand what exactly there is to "investigate" here, we got 5 names. 4 already basically say that they have no idea what this party was. The only way for the FBI to "investigate" and find anything out would actually be for them to try and tear apart Ford's story. It's an insane and losing request by the Democrats. Any investigation can only hurt them, their only witness has no details that can be followed up, the only direction law enforcement can look is at her and frankly, I would advise her not to say a fucking word to any kind of fucking law enforcement at this point. It's just a lame ass hope and a prayer that a week goes by and something else happens.

Next week in South Park USA: "Democrats say they cannot, in good conscience, vote yes on someone who has just recently been investigated by the FBI"

A week from today, by not remembering what Ford alleges, Ford’s supposed “witnesses” will STILL add credibility to Kavanaugh’s claims, and refute Ford’s, just like today.
A week from today, the Democrats will STILL not accept that reality, just like today, even if it comes from the FBI. They will want to start new investigations into allegations of Kavanaugh’s pedophilia, necrophilia and bestiality, which they will all automatically believe.
A week from today, Flake, Collins, and Murkowsly will still have to decide between staging, showmanship and theatrics, or evidence, reason, and rule of law. Just like today.
