I think you have to draw a line somewhere. There are a lot of young cross dressers out there--with the hormone surges going on during that period of time I doubt they know what they are but--should we let the school kids go into any bathroom they want? any lockers rooms they want?

You make his point. If George Michael or Sen. Craig had only taken a piss/used the facilities, they wouldn't have been arrested. Sex acts in a public place are prohibited, period eos. Straight or gay. Duh.
And - straight or gay - if you accost somebody in a public facility you're subject to arrest. Those laws are already on the books. The rest is just a solution in search of a problem (aka a typical GOP talking point/wedge issue).

I heard a dem strategist last night say oprama is going to be the PAH's biggest champion on the campaign trail, not Bill. Apparently the thinking is Bill is too emotional and will lash out every time Trump takes shots at the missus. Plus Bill has some baggage, whereas the President's numbers improve daily as his term winds down. And BHO can palm a basketball.

Under the plan announced Wednesday, companies could kill or injure up to 4,200 bald eagles a year without penalty -- nearly four times the current limit.
