Good read. And, although I'm like you and for some reason hate to see the larger animals killed for sport, they did use that elephant for food...

The article covered the nuances on that tho. It does a lot of good to the community. I learned a lot from it.

So my travels to the Carolina's this weekend was fun. Had some Bojangles in North Carolina. Good chicken sandwich. The rest of the state can go fuck itself. (Nice try on the comment DS)
Had fun in REAL Carolina at Myrtle Beach. However it was short trip and with the company I had, was unable to find a hole in the wall BBQ joint that I wanted to test out so perhaps next time I head that way I will spend some time and find one.

The only hole in the wall place you'd fit into would be if there was a hole in the great wall of China...

I've missed a few easy ones recently, so I'm hyper-vigilant now. I know fat jokes are low-hanging fruit, but I must say, I've always appreciated you being a good sport about it...

in Orlando this week for training. I'm at a point where I hate Florida.
Give me Vegas or New Orleans

Cruise over to the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa - its not Vegas (no craps) but its a pretty good time and an easy drive on I-4

I'll do Miami without thinking twice because it's a foreign country. But the rest of Florida can suck my taint.
I guess I'll have to do that Disney thing with my parasites sometime soon, but everything is easier and tolerable when my kids are happy.

"but everything is easier and tolerable when my kids are happy."
You just remember that when you are standing in line for an hour to get your daughter's picture with a princess.

AA - yes.
Blackjack still pays 3:2 unlike the evil 6:5 that threatens to take over the Las Vegas Strip.
Pretty decent rules for the player, I had pretty good penetration at my table ($25 table) but never really got a good count.
Still fun tho.

6:5 is unplayable unless they add a 5-card Charlie and/or surrender as a house rule.
