I found it in the documentation...
"And the LORD spake, saying, "First shalt thou push the Holy Quote Button, then thou shalt only quote only three posts, or less. Three shall be the maximum number thou shalt quote, and the number of the quoting shall be under three. Four shalt thou not quote. Five is right out. "

I think this is the first time I've even realized this thread existed.
IB - the prediction thread is not for your predictions. Its for everyone else to make fun of the predictions you made on the regular threads. So the prediction thread is more of a historical reference we keep to remind each other what dumbasses we are.
I believe it started when Mook falsely claimed he was the SSG which I don't even remember what that stands for any more but it has something to do with predictions.
