I see your AD resigned today. Looks like an attempt to assuage the COI furies.

There is a proven up-and-comer who was screwed out of his job available.

You know, as I get older my memory fades and my eye's don't work quite like they used to. However, I'm fairly confident that isn't a picture of Fulmer.

I agree, that doesn't look like him. I can't quite put my finger on it, but there's . . I don't know maybe something about the eyes. . .

Fulmer would be a good AD for UT. And I really believe that.

<sarcasm> He could also help with recruitin'</sarcasm>

You know, I think I know what's throwing me off about the pic above and Fulmer... somebody digitally altered the pic to remove the Krispy Kreme donuts from his hands and removed the boxes in the background.

It's understandble why I was thrown off.

Ole Phil definitely looks tanned, rested, and ready in that picture.

Montori Hughes kicked off the team. Looks like grades. We certainly can't afford to lose DTs. We don't have that many to begin with...

Y'all don't need him if Dooley kicks him out. He'll build you a quality team. That said...

FIRE DOOLEY NOW!

You know. Dooley took some time to grow on us and all. Now he's been here a while (i.e. longer than Kiffin..), I think we've came to the conclusion we are going to keep him.

File this one under "Oh Crap".

Joan Cronan named interim vice chancellor; will oversee entire athletics department

I hope they emphasized "interim" during the press conference. :?

The university will merge the men's and women's athletics departments and longtime women's AD Joan Cronan will serve as the interim director.

I stir alot of sh!t over here sometimes, but I have to admit, it looks like somebody has smartened up finally.

I wonder who's the most bereft about the dismissal, Vols fans or Derrick Dooley? I'm going with the latter, myself.
