clearly Sankey doesn't believe UNC is untouchable

and that's why they are throwing a fit about him

Does UNC have their equivalent to Bama's Red Elephant Club? If so, they should have a black ops cell that's in charge of putting horse heads in Sankey's bed.

hedge wrote:UNC called for Sankey's recusal because, among other reasons, he is a potential witness:

"A second reason for the recusal request likely carries far greater importance. The NCAA determined that Auburn University did not commit academic fraud in 2005-06 by allowing student-athletes to take independent study classes taught by Sociology department chair Thomas Petee and adult education professor James Witte that required minimal, if any, time in the classroom. Petee taught 252 independent study courses in one academic year (2004-05).

Sankey was an associate SEC commissioner during that investigation, and therefore his participation in that review makes him a potential witness in UNC’s investigation due to the similarities in the cases, according to Abrams.

“This argument renders Mr. Sankey a potential witness in this matter because he personally possesses material factual information that is not part of the the record,” Abrams wrote."
I don't know much about the UNC case. The Auburn case was shady as hell, though. Auburn was and is dirty. Well before and well after Cam Newton.

LMAO.

Bama Assistant Bo Davis just got caught having four impermissible meetings with recruits arranged by a booster.

https://www.google.com/amp/amp.al.com/v ... _davis.amp

But, of course, they pin it all on the assistant coach, not the booster or program's lack of institutional control of the booster.

Then there was the Bama assistant coach who gave an illegal loan to future NFLer Clinton-Dix:

http://www.espn.com/college-football/st ... n-dix-loan

Again, the assistant coach gets fired, nothing happens to the program.

Then there was DJ Fluker and five other Bama players taking money from sports agents:

http://www.espn.com/college-football/st ... ing-report

Nothing happened.

Then there was the Bama booster who had Bama players signing memorabilia that was being sold for profit right in front of them, in violation of NCAA rules, all caught on camera.

http://www.outkickthecoverage.com/alaba ... ase-080511

Bama writes some meaningless letter to the booster telling him to stop, and all is forgiven and forgotten.

All of that happened within the past six years. NOBODY in college sports gets away with a pattern of cheating like that except Alabama. And they say Auburn cheats...

I knew that would make you dance, lol, perfect. Hook, line and sinker.

It's hard living rent free in your tiny, pointed head. The echoes are deafening. I challenge everyone to look at "prof's" history and see how much he posts on the Bama thread, about Bama in general, and how often he mentions me. He is the obsessed and jealous little brother in every respect.

...and lol at trotting out the esteemed journalists' website known as outkicktgeciverage.com from Julio Jones' playing days...lmao. Too good.

Dance, monkey. Dance.

Duke recruiting is getting interesting with Jackson entering the draft. The UK board is saying that Jackson has hired an agent

If Knox and Bamba go to anyone other than Duke, Duke could have a good but not uber talented Freshmen team and Coach K could be facing a one and done disaster on his hands.

"it about educating someone on the UNC scandal"

Education means looking at something from more than one perspective, which is something you definitely haven't done in this case...

UNC cheated.

That is not up for debate

As long as every school is held to the same standards and punished equally for similar offenses, have at it...

Look on the bright side, Crotch, this gives Cal one more scholarship so that he can win the recruiting title again. You've got to be pleased by that, right?
