Right now, Auburn is incapable of “running through” a wet paper bag. We are currently 10th in the SEC in rushing. This, from our offensive genius of a head coach.

Two SEC losses already. Two more guaranteed losses in November (UA, UGA).

Dumpster.

Fire.

Congrats, Vols...y'all deserved it.

Time to go buy a couple of lottery tickets. If it hits, I'll make a contribution to the Gustav Buyout Fund.

Wow! The absolute GENIUS of Gus... he wants everyone to believe his team is struggling all the while, he has his warriors primed and ready for the so called “upper echelon” remaining on the schedule.

A person and team who relish the spoiler role... you just don’t see this type of GENIUS everyday. Watch closely, it’s going to be something the young Tiger fans can tell their grandchildren about.

Auburn has a long history of hiring coaches that start out red hot, and then rapidly decline into rank incompetence, get fired, and the cycle repeats itself.

Terry Bowden's record at Auburn:
1993: 11-0
1994: 9-1-1
1995: 8-4
1996: 8-4
1997: 10-3
1998: 3-8

Gene Chizik
2009: 8-5
2010: 14-0 National Championship
2011: 8-5
2012: 3-9

Gus Malzahn
2013: 12-2 Played in the National Championship Game
2014: 8-5
2015: 7-6
2017: 10-4
2018: 5-7

The "evidence" you presented had very little correlation to your premise...

Point of personal privilege:

My youngest just got accepted to Auburn. If he decides to, he will be the ninth person in his family to go there, along with his grandfather, aunt, mother, father, brother, and three cousins. Two of those cousins are there there now.

The only other place he might go (if he gets in) is UGA. Hope/Zell Miller full scholarship > out of state tuition. I assured him my wallet would absolutely forgive him if he becomes a bulldog.

It changes. He’s currently interested in engineering, and Auburn is good at that.

I enrolled at Auburn in architecture, but my encounter with calculus changed all that. He may do the same thing.

From architecture to calculus to Army pastor. Interesting trajectory...

True. I am sure I am not the only person driven to God by calculus.

You realize I was only an “Army pastor” for 9 years, right?

I was a “prison pastor” for 20, doing the Lord’s work rehabilitating people like you.

I seem to remember you recently got bumped up to management, and were still getting used to it. Sounds like you have hit your stride.

It certainly doesn’t feel like any management position I’ve ever heard of, I certainly do a LOT of inspections myself. But that’s ok, it keeps me more involved with my direct reports and keeps me reminded of many things the inspector goes through on the floor.

We all put in a lot of hours, sometimes more than we should have to, but overall the company does well by its employees.
