I've got one GA ticket for Friday that I got through a friend who has Bears season tickets. A buddy of mine just bought the same ticket for $1000. I doubt anyone is going to spend $15k for a three pack when he can get the exact same tickets for $3k. I bet the prices will go down to a slightly more sane level. My buddy jumped the gun a bit but he's got more money than he can spend so he doesn't care.

Well done (kudos to the bullet proof glass line scene). Almost nailed the tribute date, too. Only 3 days off.

Prince did a 4 show set in Louisville. By the time I heard about it all 4 shows were sold out.

Some people that saw it were saying its the best live show they've ever seen.

I'm kicking myself for missing it.

Excellent mashup.

Also, Prince (at 56) still puts on a helluva show. Always worth the cash. Amazing guitar player. Amazing showman.

Guy I know got tickets for two of the shows in Chicago. I would hate to know what he paid, but I am sure he isn't worried about it. I guarantee he expensed it to his firm since he will be in Chicago the following week for a meeting.

The seats at yum are so high I can look the maintenance guy walking on the catwalk in the eye and talk to him without raising my voice. For a concert they suck but for basketball they are very good. The worst seats here are better than Rupp by a wide margin.

fwIw, Stevie Wonder took the stage at 8:30 and didn't leave until Midnight. He had a 30 minute intermission.

He finished Songs in the Key of Life around 11:30 and then said "OK, Stevie Wonder is gone but DJ Chicka Boom Boom is still here and I'm gonna play all night - so he played HIgher Ground ( a teaser of it) and Superstition to close out the show
