you guys ever heard of a multi-vitamin making someone throw up?

Doc said I needed to get more Vitamin D so I told her I'd go on 3 milkshake a day diet. After she shot that down she suggested multi-vitamins. I got around to taking one today and I made it from the kitchen to my driveway before I yacked that shit back up.

Tried again tonight thinking it was a fluke and I'm fighting to keep this one down.

I just think my body is rejecting healthy shit.

If your took it on an empty stomach eat something first next time. If after eating then try on an empty one. Also look for coated tablets.

I rarely eat breakfast (never on a weekday) and take a handful of vitamins first thing every morning, never had a problem..

Well, it's not like you haven't conditioned your system for the unorthodox.

I think you are supposed to take them on an empty stomach, and yes, they are nasty. I don't throw up, but I do gag a few times right after they go down.

On vitamins? Antibiotics I can see, but vitamins (or at least the only ones I've ever taken) are pretty neutral. Hell, I buy unflavored fish oil and swig out of the bottle b/c it's half as expensive as the gels and anyway why should I take that thick ass coat of gel if I don't need it? I will admit that the unflavored fish oil isn't my favorite, but it's not that bad. I also take a B12 injection a few times a month. Keeps the dick hard, esp. the first couple of days...

There's a party going on right here...a celebration to last throughout the year, so bring your good times, and your laughter too, we gonna celebrate your party with you

-----------------------------------------

Some former Hostess bakeries are getting ready to reopen, but the one in suburban Toledo will have to wait a little longer.

Hostess Brands LLC said Monday that it will open bakeries in Indiana and Illinois, following announcements last week that it will reopen bakeries in Georgia and Kansas in its effort to bring back some of its snack brands.

The predecessor to Hostess Brands filed for bankruptcy protection in 2012 after years of turmoil and later decided to go out of business after a nationwide strike crippled its operations.

Private equity groups Apollo Global Management and Metropolis & Co. — now doing business as Hostess Brands — paid $410 million to buy the Hostess and Dolly Madison snack cake lines as well as five plants during the company’s liquidation process.

The investment firms are now trying to revive operations in order to get Twinkies, Ho Hos, and other popular snack cakes back on shelves by the end of July.

That's a smart move. The name recognition alone is worth $400 mil, just need to get some folks in there who know how to run a company...

Wasn't IB the one who suggested that he be given total control on a business partnership where his partner put up 100% of the unsecured start-up?

I may have him confused, or be remembering that wrongly, but if that was him, pure genius. We have to have someone with that kind of business savvy in charge.
