For our local NASA gobbler....

Retired senior NASA atmospheric scientist, Dr. John S. Theon, the former supervisor of James Hansen, NASA’s vocal man-made global warming fear soothsayer, has now publicly declared himself a skeptic and declared that Hansen “embarrassed NASA” with his alarming climate claims and said Hansen was “was never muzzled.” Theon joins the rapidly growing ranks of international scientists abandoning the promotion of man-made global warming fears.

“We know the attack had nothing to do with the film. It was a planned attack, not a protest. Based on the information we saw today, we believe that the group that claimed responsibility for this was affiliated with al-Qaeda.”

- Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, in an email to Egyptian prime minister Hisham Kandil, the day after the Benghazi attack, just before the whole Obama Administration went on an extended media lying campaign blaming the Benghazi attack on a youtube video.

This is a travesty. How many deaths by DUI do we have to see before we finally realize we have too many cars and too much alcohol in this country...

The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind.

The victims' families should be allowed to sue Hyundai for their negligence in selling that car to a person they should have known would DUI it into a crowd.

Just like gun manufacturers. Just like Hillary says she wants.

An old crank who retired from NASA 20 years ago. Was never Hansen's supervisor - Hansen claimed he never met the guy, a bureaucrat with no published work on climate change. Theon joined other old cranks on the oil money/Heartland Institute tit..."former NASA" pays better than average.

I'm still pulling for Paul since I agree with him far more than any other candidate. But I never had any delusions that he'd win the nomination. It's probably time to pick a plan B.

Trump? No way. I don't think he's entirely sane. He'd challenge Putin to a penis length contest on facetime and start a nuclear war when he lost.

Carson? Being a neurosurgeon, no matter how brilliant in that field, is not adequate preparation to be POTUS.

I guess Rubio would be okay.

I don't want Carson running my country any more than I'd want Trump operating on my brain.

I could happily vote for Fiorina or Kasich too.

PS: I see that Carson has surged ahead of Trump in lilly white and evangelical rich Iowa. I thought that all those white evangelical Tea Party types were hopeless racists. Why are they flocking to a black candidate?

JD, can you explain without using the phrase "Uncle Tom"?
