UCLA's football title was in 54, and their baseball title was in 2013 with a lot of hoops in between.

I see. I thought you were saying all of those you named had won NC's in the Big 3 in a ten year span...

For what it's worth, Mick Huber only sportscaster to call all three.

H-oh My! All the quality people Foley brought to hogtown yet we've been stuck with that shill for close to 30 years.

RIP John Reaves. He gave us some thrills that were portents of years to come. Sadly he danced with too many demons along the way.

less than 2 weeks to go and still undecided on the QB. New faces on defense looking good in practice but not battle tested. OLine talking a good game but still same guys who haven't measured up the last 4 years. FGs and punts shouldn't be a problem.

You'll be fine. You'll have the pleasure of being sacrificed to Alabama in the SECCG, again.

Using the Prof Format -

Likely Wins: NoColo, tucky, Vandy, Mizzou, Caro, UAB
Likely Losses: Mich, FSwho
TETT: Tenny, LSU, TexAM, TWLOCP
Certain Death: SECCG (if they get there)

It helps that all of the Bubble games are at home or in Jax.
If a good QB emerges and has some protection 9-3 is plausible.

Sounds about right. Everybody keeps waiting for Tenny and UGA to have a breakout year, but they never quite seem to pull it off. I think you'll beat them both.

Wow. Florida suspends 7 players for a credit card scam, and 2 more arrested for possession of weed.

1. The Gators are now the prohibitive favorite to win the Fulmer Cup this year.
2. The players won't play in the season opener. Most years, the season opener would be against a UMass or an Eastern Michigan, but this one's a BIGGIE against Michigan. I'm surprised MacElwain didn't take a page from his old boss Nick Saban, and postpone the suspension until the next game - the one against Northern Colorado.

Disgusting. Toss all their asses off the team, endure a shitty season and hope the message gets through to everyone else present and future.

That would be the 'we'll let the justice system play itself out before we make a decision' and 'pray for a misdemeanor' in the meantime.
-OR-
call off the game in Dallas out of sympathy to everyone suffering in Texas and the suspensions go to the NoColo game.

Ghost, enjoy your last weekend to wear seersucker in polite company. Although, I seem to remember you saying there is a "Florida extension" of that deadline until the first ember day after the Feast of William Tyndale in October.

Watched GameDay in length for the first time in a long while. Some of the new stuff is good, but you could still do a good show in an 1 hour like they used to. As for the Gators, best receiver, best RB out, others suspended, redshirt frosh starting his first game all add up to a moral victory if they can stay within 10 today; but maybe Huckleberry has a surprise for us.

Did the Gameday hosts wonder aloud how many white players were among those suspended and if racism was the real reason?
There are some standards the national church will not tinker with.
Then you'd better enjoy the last weekend of seersucker. 815 will not permit it to be worn again until the next rogation day. They are Old School.

You'll just have to make do with jorts, flip flops and Ron Jon t-shirts with the pocket until then.

We're not 2 quarters in and the defense is already outscoring and outgaining the offense. Franks looks alright albeit young but the Oline is its old mediocre self at best.
