If you think Tick was left out to dry by Stormy, just wait until the Nunez memo gets released. WOAH NELLY!
At PNN, Tick and hedge and Cletus are already taking an extended sabbatical.

At Rep. Joe Kennedy's official Democratic response the the SOTU, he had a car parked behind him:
I guess we can be thankful the car wasn't covered in algae and didn't contain any bodies.

all this outrage and motivation to shut down Trump - but nothing materializes in the form of party support
I wonder how that plays out in the mid terms
------------------------
The Democratic National Committee had a rough 2017, plagued by leadership troubles, internal squabbling, and unflattering reports. To top it off, the party ended the year "dead broke," says The Intercept's Ryan Grim.
The Democratic Party is carrying more than $6 million in debt, according to year-end filings — and has just $6.5 million in the bank. Do the math, and the party is working with just over $400,000 overall. Meanwhile, the Republicans are swimming in pools of money. The Republican National Committee had raised $132 million by the end of 2017 — about twice as much as the DNC — and entered 2018 with almost $40 million to spare, with not a penny of debt.
--------------------------
I bet Hillary had a net gain in 2017 of several million dollars

So basically all it says is that every republican talking point about the wiretapping shit is actually true?

so if what they say about McCabe is true, then it pretty much validates the entire memo - and since McCabe didn't go quietly into the night but was shown the door by Wray......
it means Rosenstein went after Trump

BOOM!
So the reports are true. FBI and DOJ officials knew the Pee Pee Dossier was a complete fraud but used it to get a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign anyway. The fact that the Pee Pee Dossier was pure partisan political garbage was not disclosed to the judge. And the Pee Pee dossier was the ONLY evidence presented to the judge (not counting the news reports about the Pee Pee Dossier that the FBI/DOJ criminals THEMSELVES leaked!). So no Pee Pee Dossier, no warrant, no spying on Trump.
When Nixon spied on the presidential campaigns of the other party, he just hired a few lowly "plumbers" off the street to do that job. Not even Nixon had the audacity to what Obama did - using his own in-house FBI and DOJ, and all their awesome resources - to spy on the presidential campaigns of the other party in an election year. This is WAAAAAY worse than Watergate.
Utterly and completely disgusting. No wonder the Democrats did everything they could to stop the truth from coming out, with all their sudden concern for "national security" and the virginal integrity of the FBI/DOJ. Neither the Democrats or the FBI or the DOJ cared a whit about "national security" when a bunch of classified material (including Top Secret) were left on Hillary's illegal home brew server where anybody could steal it.
The press did everything they could to stop the truth from coming out. It wasn't that long ago that the press was in the business of UNCOVERING government misconduct and shouting it from the rooftops. There is - appropriately - a movie about that out right now:"The Post." Every journalist loves to think of themselves as another Woodward and Bernstein, finding crimes committed by high ranking government officials and exposing it for all the world to see. "Democracy dies in Darkness" and all that. Instead, they vigorously tried to STOP the release of proof that high ranking government officials from seeing the light of day. They are now more like Goebels than Woodward and Bernstein.
Worse, they have spent the past year conducting a disinformation campaign, accusing Trump of collusion and treason, when it was Hillary and the FBI and DOJ that was actually doing the treason. The MSM led a giant national snipe, hunt leading the gullible into the woods and way from the truth.
Outrageous. Welcome to the Obama-Hillary-FBI-DOJ-Media Third World Regime.

One thing I learned is that a Yahoo! News article citing "sources" can be used as corroborating evidence for the government to spy on your ass, no problem.

whoever got caught up in this - Flynn? Page? I'd be pulling out of that plea bargain agreement and expecting the charges to be dropped
the craziness of all this is Trump defines the narrative - no matter how much others try, he controls the message.
Comey is out on twitter trying to quote scripture and compare Nunes to Joe McCarthy. This won't end well for him

Pulling the plea bargaining agreement? Are you kidding? Manafort, Flynn and the Coffee Boy are going to get rich with the lawsuit and settlement they are going to get from this.
Think this, times a thousand:
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/10/26/us/p ... ement.html
I distinctly remember Comey telling congress that the Pee Pee Dossier was "salacious" and unverified." Then why did he sign off on using that "salacious and unverified" dossier to get a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign? Comey is looking at some legal serious charges. He and a few other high-ranking FBI/DOJ officials had better stock up on some soap on a rope.

I want to know why Schiff threw such a fit about this memo's release. Its relatively benign other than the specific information about McCabe's behind close door testimony, which obviously Wray validated and then moved him out.
Then Wray knew that heads could possibly roll when the memo comes out about the FISA so he issues this horseshit "grave concerns" threat in an effort to save face.
I don't care if he does resign, fuck him if he is choosing to support a group of people playing partisan politics with the law. It would seem the FBI has long forgot who they answer to. They aren't an equal branch of our government, they answer to congress. They exist to serve congress.
Set aside the Russian thing for a moment. Anyone who sees this information has to be concerned about the FBI meddling in an election. This is serious, serious stuff. Comey and Rosenstein need to be investigated by a federal grand jury. Yea, you may hate Trump but the next election the FBI may hate your guy and try to take him down.
I'm hesitant to use the word Coup but I don't know any other word that fits. They decided the ends justified the means - and that means its time to clean house.

AMEN.
The Dem's are acting like this was no big deal.
If Kamala Harris runs for President, and the RNC pays for a ridiculous fictional document that states she was secretly securing child brides for Boko Haram fighters, and anti-Harris leaders of the FBI and DOJ used that to get a warrant to spy on her campaign, I think the Democrats would think that was a big deal.

Like tick, I have been out of the country for over a week. Nobody in Ecuador seems to give a shit about Trump or the US in general and they seem to be getting along just fine. Interesting to get out of the bubble of 24/7 US media carnival and see how people are actually living and enjoying life...
