its a horrible song isn't it

I think his problem is he isn't passionate about what he sings - People our age don't talk shit like Breakfast can wait, he needs to sing songs like "little red catheter" or "let's pretend we're 40"

the James Brown movie is really good - the editing is all over the place though - it keeps jumping up 4 years, then back 6, then up 2 - it makes sense but one instance, his mother comes to his show, and it jumps back to him as a kid, then follows his life up to like 10 years after that show and then jumps back to him meeting his mother at the show - and this is a span of about 20 minutes so by then you forgot he even met his mother at the show and you're like "who is she?"

Those Roots cats are talented. All of their "classroom instrument" sessions are dope.

They started out as bucket drummers panhandling for change in Philadelphia , they also appeared on Chappelle's show

You were raped anally numerous times. We know. You post about it every year. Get over it already. You asked for it wearing those Larry Bird Basketball shorts.

Sorta. I'm a Philly cat by blood. Tariq's (the "vocalist") grandmother lived across the street from my best friend growing up. I'm way too emotionally invested in their success, considering I don't get any financial benefit out of it. Their discography is solid, not stellar, but their live performances are incredible. Ahmir (the drummer) is a music nerd's superhero.

Cletus,

WSP will be in Huntsville in a couple of weeks at the Von Braun Center. It's a surprisingly decent venue in a surprisingly decent small city.

Do the Space & Rocket Center is cool and I love the RTJ course close to there (Hampton Cove River Course).
