I'm trying to think if I've got a close friend that hasn't gone off the deep end like that...

The thing about those older guys at the shipyard. They had lifeless eyes, like a doll's eyes, they don't seem to be livin'. Then those eyes roll over white and he comes into your office and catches you playin' Quake on the network. Then you hear that high pitched hollerin' and screamin. I'll never put on short sleeve button down shirt again.

I'm picturing eCat as the Richard Dryfuss character in that scene...

here is what I've learned.

If someone you haven't talked to in like 5 years calls you up out of the blue and says "hey, have you heard about so and so?" - it means they're dead

I've had so many friends to go off the deep end and yet none of the fuckers will die. well, I guess one did when he hung himself in his jail cell which was directly related to oxycontin addiction.

I noticed that one too. Sounds like my kind of girl. Her and the one who replied "Me neither"...

I think Dot was talking about the 2 grams for $40 prank. The chick who responded with that text is one who got clued in on the fact that it was a Nathan Fielder joke. It doesn't mean she's not cool...just not as cool as you originally thought.

I've read this one 3 times and am still trying to figure it out...

A bit of nervous chatter. I think the last line is supposed to be, "I'm thirsty, I'm thinking of you, so the best thing to do (for you to disclose what you've not been honest about- so that we can get on with the evening) is to play 'truth or anal'"

Just a guess. I wonder, however, if he tells the truth, does she get the anal, or is she suggesting that he get it?

LOL

For the record, my personal favorite is the damaged, insecure girl who talked tough then, when faced with the hour-long wall of silence, caved with a demure "babe?" at the end.

Now, THAT dude has a keeper.
