I said "I can't believe you're writing a ticket for this" he said "well I did" and I said "Barney Fife would be proud of you." I can't remember what he said after that, but I said "This is bullshit" and he practically charged back to my car door and angrily said "You won't get out of the car and say that or I'll taze you!" and he put his hand on his taser. I said "you're going to taze me for exercising my first amendment right to free speech? I haven't threatened you, I was just stating my opinion about this ticket and you're threatening to taze me for that??" At that point he rushed back to his car and screeched off. OK, I started this post with "speaking of racist cops", I really don't think this was a case of racism, just some small town cop flexing his muscles. I'm wan't worried about the ticket, I'm sure I'll get that reduced to nothing, but it did piss me off that he threatened to taze me just for saying "this is bullshit"...
A letter from DS's law firm will be in your mailbox tomorrow...

I know we don't like to reveal real names around here but I have to share this video of DS and his wife. It's really moving.

Billy Gillispie once kicked John Wall out of a practice over a ringing cell phone on Wall’s visit to Kentucky. Though incredibly hard to believe, we now have confirmation that it did indeed happen, according to Wall himself.

Wall was a guest on Tuesday night’s Hey Kentucky and Matt Jones asked him to confirm or deny the old rumor that says he was told to leave the facility when his cell phone rang during a UK practice. The former Wildcat simply said, “Yeah that’s true,” with a smile.

When asked what he thought when that happened, Wall told the show, “I would never play for this man.”

I don't know if you guys know it or not but Brad Calipari is a walk-on this year at Kentucky.

Can you imagine Tubby telling a story like this about Saul?

Cal said Mychal Mulder drove on Brad and dunked on him four straight times. Brad said, “My hip hurts.” Cal said, “You better get it replaced!”

All I can remember is "Saul will be our starting point guard next year" and Darius Rice committed to Miami shortly thereafter

I'm thankful that Saul doesn't have any kids.

A year-long investigation into the University of Louisville men’s basketball program after a former Louisville escort alleged that she provided strippers and prostitutes for recruits and players has resulted in four alleged Level I violations -- the most serious the NCAA can levy -- including two against former administrative staffer Andre McGee and one against head coach Rick Pitino for failure to demonstrate that he monitored McGee, though the notice does not allege that Pitino had any knowledge of the violations.

In all, the document details 14 strip shows, 11 sex acts and two declined sex acts.

All that and what UNC did is still many, many times worse - and they're going to skate.
