I guess you forgot about Valvano...

After Bunting and Torbush, Butch was a shot of adrenaline to the fanbase.

Valvano replaced a national championship winning coach, that had an undefeated season and one of the greatest teams in college basketball history. Valvano won a national championship and multiple acc championships. V was brought down by low life scum over a few tickets and shoes.

Bitch took over a shitball program, never finished better than 3rd in his division, never won an acc championship, never sniffed a bcs bowl, and built the dirtiest program in ncaa history.

christ DS every time I think you've reach bottom you bring stupid to new heights.

DerekRowles#UNC reports "sensitive confidential records" for 30 students.. stolen from building on campus that houses the Honor Court.

so much for looking into the records for the rest of the football or basketball teams. unc continues to run itself like a low-rent mafia.

Quote :
"When it was announced Wednesday that Butch Davis was not going to be the head coach of the University of North Carolina football program for the 2011 season, many people asked if the dismissal of the coach was with or without “cause.”

The difference in the terminology as it pertains to Davis’ contract puts a $2.7 million dollar burden on the UNC football – and more accurately the UNC athletics – department budget.

UNC spokesman Kevin Best said that the initial payment to Davis will eat up nearly all of the $1 million that the athletic department had in reserve and beyond that, they were unsure how they will pay the departed coach should he remain unemployed.

Because the exit of Davis was deemed to be “without cause,” he is entitled to a buyout package that guarantees him $933,500 and could net him as much as $2,703,500."

of course it is. unc just wants to have a story out there so that when a high dollar booster pays it off nobody will ask a lot of questions.

ok let's see...

if unc "fired" john Blake why did they pay him $75k?

if Bitch is innocent why is unc firing him now? and paying him $2.7mil?

if Bitch is not innocent did unc deliberately wait until the '11 recruiting class was enrolled and on campus, and the money was pledged for the Blew Zone before firing him?

if Bitch is innocent why havent Bitch and unc released his 216 area code phone records?

if bitch is guilty and unc is really cooperating with the ncaa why isnt release of the 216 records tied to Bitch getting a dime?

why havent bitch and blakes e-mails been released per Mannings court order? and why isnt the press asking any questions about this?

McAdont had three papers submitted to the honor court, two were thrown out, one was guilty of "improper citation" but was later found to be 80% plagiarized. what happened to the other two papers, and if the honor court missed the obvious plagiarism what else did they miss with the 13 other unc football players brought before them for academic appropriates?

how did the african studies dept head miss the obvious plagiarism in mcadont's paper? why does Holden Thorpe feel that it is not his job to check into how one of his department heads vets and grades the papers given to him?

given that 90% of unc's basketball players took the same class as mcadodoo is it reasonable to assume that he was the only athlete to turn in a plagiarized paper that was over looked by the professor? is anyone looking into this?

jennipher wiley not only gave illegal academic assistance to football players but also illegal monetary benefits while employed by Bitch. where did the money come from?

On relatively small payouts like those, it's easier for a university to pay it off and avoid the bad press and legal fees of the lawsuit and appeal.

they werent worried about legal fees when they helped macadoodoo sue the ncaa. and they're paying blake plenty under the table to keep his mouth shut.

The University was a defendant. They weren't exactly going out of their way to help McAdoo. That was Justice Orr and his friends crusading against everyone.

There are several methods that would work - they haven't come up with any of them. There is one that is a very effective and simple solution - but they couldn't pay me enough to get it from me

Given what’s transpired over the past year at North Carolina – academic fraud, agents, trips, jewelry, cash, etc. -- , it far surpasses anything Clemson was guilty of.

Wow!

academic fraud doesnt begin to cover what's been going on at unc. over half of unc's football players are academic exceptions yet 75% graduate.

from the wild ass conspiracy file

The phone numbers that are one digit off are Marvin's and another D.C. number --- the owner of which is associated with an address that houses (on tax records) the non-profit organization "Africa in All Seasons".

The kicker is that BOTH of these numbers -- Marvin's, and the other D.C. number (registered to a Wah K. Chan) -- show up EXTENSIVELY in John Blake's phone records. And they show up in concert with calls to/from Gary Wichard and Todd Amis.

A hypothesis is that Wichard was sending money to Amis (which we know to be true) and/or Wah K. Chan, who was passing it on to Marvin (and/or others). Again, just a hypothesis, regarding Chan.
The fact that Chan's listed address is also the listed address of a non-profit organization lends credence to another hypothesis --- wherein a non-profit organization could be the means for money laundering.

To repeat, only a hypothesis... but it can be built from looking at the phone records and connecting a few dots. For some specific info on the phone interactions between Blake and these other parties, see the first post of this thread -- which contains a link to the PREVIOUS thread (which shows the call logs).

Africa for All Seasons:

This organization's exempt status was automatically revoked by the IRS for failure to file a Form 990, 990-EZ, 990-N, or 990-PF for 3 consecutive years. Further investigation and due diligence are warranted.

Form 990: Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax

ETA: Looks like the "organization" was established in 2007.

the same year butch and blake were hied at unc and were recruiting marvin austin.

I dont know if this means anything. everybody, except butch knew/knows blake was dirty. finding out he was organized means nothing. since butch is gone it probably doesnt matter if the numbers turn up on his 216 phone. the ncaa has already made up it's mind to either hammer unc or let them skate. this isnt going to change their minds where it could get interesting is if any unc booster ever gave money to this "charity". finding this out would probably be impossible unless one of them wrote it off on his taxes and the irs gets involved. still it's great seeing the depths to which unc sunk to lose a couple of tire bowls.
