I just want to put on a rubber glove, take my hand and place it on the crown of his head and swipe my hand forward. He had more slickback than Detroit Red.

(that album, Hearsay I think it was called, was a Jam and Lewis classic...his tracks with Cherrelle were instantly classics)

Wu Diggaz. That's what I call them.

I can see why Earl's peeps sent that little knuckle to Manila. TtC got a nice flow, though. I wonder how far he can take that horror shit. Their beats be monolithic, so much so I don't know if I can ride with them for 60 minutes straight.

I don't know what Jones is playing in that Zep video, but I want one.

The processing on Bonham's drums is killer.

He plays a Mellotron (small keyboard) on that whole album, but restricted himself to only play the violin parts rather than over play chords (from Wiki).

Yo, for real. I got goose bumps just watching that. They (essentially Native Tongues, not just ATCQ) were right behind Run and D wrt the greatest hip hop influences on my life.

Can't hate - this is a bad mother shut-yo-mouth

Since he became a Jehovah's Witness, he no longer performs this song.

He played the opening riff to the song when I saw him in MSG a few months ago...but that was all he did. He also just had the crowd sing parts of "Adore" for him.

I don't see him ever being able to do Irresistible Bitch, Soft and Wet, U Got A Wonderful Ass or Erotic City ever again.

I know Erotic City is on the banned list.

Yo The tribe was one of my all time faves back in the day...they still rank up there as the best. They were the Tony Toni Tone of Hip Hop.....damn I miss them cats. They need to check their egos and reunite!

This is how I roll, every now and then.
