Why would Kentucky want Jay Wright? He's low key and not that great a recruiter. It's not about the games, it's about the bling.

this story reminds me of UNC fans this morning

Los Angeles County authorities say a motorist who managed to get out of his SUV after it nearly went over a cliff was then struck by a passing bus in Malibu.

Greenburg started some twitter poll on M&M this morning, as a fan would you rather lose like Carolina did last night or like Oklahoma did on Saturday. It seems Greenie would prefer the latter. I can't understand that, you would rather be flat out embarrassed on national TV and know you had zero chance of winning instead of knowing you played a good game and were every bit as good as the team that beat you?

I did call the point total for the winner in our pool, just had the wrong winner. Great season for Carolina. Sucks to lose the NC, but glad to be there. Definitely think we were one of the best teams this year from start to finish, and finished better than we started. Thought we would take it last night in OT and that Paige's miracle shot to tie would be the shot that put UK fans out of their misery of having to see Laettner's miracle shot again and again every year, but no. Did not think the last play was poorly defended by us, last think you want is to give up a drive to the basket for an easy floater and/or foul, Hicks had a hand up, it was just a great shot and a dagger but that's the shot you want them to take in that situation, just wish it hadn't gone in. Again, great season by the Heels, proud of my team...

I guess I missed out on this - since when has the national championship and final four been on suckass TBS?

I turned to CBS on Saturday and was surprised to see regularly TV?

I did think Carolina got screwed at least twice --that foul at 30 seconds and couple calls against 4 I think it was loose ball fouls

I'm really not seeing anything either except maybe he gets run over by someone storming the court.

well done Villanova fans...well done ::::::golf clap:::::::

A police horse was assaulted in the aftermath of Villanova’s national title celebration around campus, leading to one of the two arrests in Radnor Township, Pa., as of 2 a.m. Tuesday.

Radnor police Sgt. Shawn Dietrich told USA TODAY Sports the individual was arrested for misdemeanor assault on a police animal. Dietrich said he was unable to provide any more details as the police department was still gathering information on the incident, although he said the individual would remain in custody until he or she was arraigned later Tuesday.

Rushing to get the print edition out last night after the game, I found an AP photo of a UNC fan wearing a No. 5 jersey displaying the traditional losing team fan agony. But after putting it on the page, I noticed the AP photographer with a Japanese name, identified the fan as "North Carolina guard Marcus Paige." I know Paige is mixed race but this was a white kid, in the stands and surrounded by other fans.

Damn, slant, get it right the first time next time.
