they showed the Laetner shot again today. Watched the whole Kentucky-Texas Western game this past week. It's amazing how close the games were called. Every member of UNC/Villanova squad would have fouled out tonight and the number of traveling calls would have made it unwatchable (they called traveling instead of palming)

Jackson played good tonight, except the 2 missed FTs late. Carolina should be a top 10 team next year but they'll have to navigate some loaded teams to get back to the FF.

and not dunking it before the half would have been up 9 if he dunks it
and the fact he got abused in the post by Heart on back downs
and he took that early 3 in the second hafl when Meeks was wide open

Hopefully they do all comeback because I think they can win the title not the favorite but as good as anyone
with Berry, Pinson, Jackson, Hicks, Meeks, Maye, Britt.

Even if UK gets Bolden, on paper they'll be very good, but I'm not sure we'll have the depth needed.

so, eCat, you still don't want Jay Wright after Calipari leaves UK?

plus he's 55 years old
even if he came here next year, he'd be pushing 60 before he established himself - and he's not coming here next year - or the next 4 years as Brad Calipari is a walk on at UK next year.

Cal walks away in the 2020-21 season and who knows what the coaching landscape looks like by then.
Tony Bennett will be 53 then.

5 fouls on UNC, 4 on Villanova the last 10 minutes of the game
like I said they made one jumper the last 5 really 6 minutes all trips to the line , 9 points from the line 5 form the field for the last 6 minutes not great basketball not even good basketball
and the foul with 35 second left was second worse call of the game

There weren't that many fouls. They were one and one's for the most part. Other teams have a lot more fouls called than that. Except for the one that was a travel, all the foul calls in the last 5 minutes were legitimate (and the one on which he may have traveled was also a foul, just after the travel) . Give them their due. They shot great, hit difficult shots, defended well and rebounded well.

Hicks did not touch him it was not a foul and Nova traveled like that same 4 or 5 times and it was not called, down 1 with the ball or down 3 with the ball.
two other fouls were on over the backs that put Nova on the line they did not need to call either since nova had gotten the ball
and then the worse call of the game was the one on Meeks when he dove and got lose ball UNC was up 5 there and would have had lay up to go up 7
plus I am not going to give them there do when the refs called play on the guards tight but did not call the push off on the guard
UNC could not guard aggressive because of it and thus
