What does that have to do with the 2A? That the 2A should be contingent on a physical?

And who are "they" that mandated that he have a CCP? My best friend is a retired FBI section chief. He doesn't have a CCP.

1 - there's no freaking way a blind man should be allowed to have a CCP, 2A be damned.
2 - is your buddy in Utah?

1. If blind men carrying is an issue, sure amend the 2A? Personally, I don't think it meets the criteria of an 'issue', and as such, no special remedy is needed for such an isolated anecdotal happening.

2. Just as bad: Alabama.

3. Who is forcing a blind man to concealed carry?

A friend of mine recently retired from a law enforcement agency here in L.A.

What do you do when tax receipts go up 7%? You spend 7% more, of course.

Cost of living.

The oligarchs have priced all of the fun places out of range of the proletariat (except Florida, but there are only 2 or 3 decent counties to live in there).

Wow. I assume they didn't spend their careers shooting unarmed black males in the back.

I notice that all the states that are hemorrhaging citizens are dominated by Democrats and all the states gaining citizens are run by Republicans. Not sure what the purpose would be of oligarchs' conspiracy. Maybe the plan is to populate enough red states with blue state refugees to turn red states at least purple.

Either profiling or flat out racist. Are you a cop?

I think what he is saying is that the gap between rich and poor is more pronounced in the declining states.

I guess I am, in a way. I do receive law enforcement pay.

No wonder. They are stuck paying the bills of the growing states.

No, it's to get all of the undesirables out of the good states and send them to the wastelands (except, of course, for the grass cutters, dishwashers, nannies and dog walkers).

The unintended consequence is the purpling of Texas, etc. Florida is already blue (4 of last 5 POTUS elections, including the stolen one). NC is thisclose to blue. Georgia is the LGBT capitol of the country, so it will be blue (if not pink) soon enough. Nobody gives a fuck aboul Alassippi.

GA is the LGBT capital of the country? I live in GA, and believe you are mistaken. Gay marriage isn't even legal, and never will be until SCOTUS imposes it. An Indiana-like RFRA law is likely to pass within weeks. There is a sizable LGBT presence in the liberal colony of Decatur, near Emory University, but they aren't that big. The huge black church population in ATL keeps the LGBT's in a headlock.

Nothing like the real LGBT capital, San Fran, where the mayor performs gay marriages, Harvey Milk day is a legal holiday, etc.
