Already inefficient and expensive (especially w/o subsidies), looks like the price of wind turbines is going up, up, up......ah, karma.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) -- A utility will pay $2.5 million in fines, restitution and community service after pleading guilty to killing golden eagles and other birds at two Wyoming wind farms.

The Migratory Bird Treaty Act violations stem from the deaths of 38 golden eagles and 336 other protected birds at PacifiCorp's Seven Mile Hill and Glenrock/Rolling Hills wind farms in east-central Wyoming.

The company entered the plea Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Wyoming.

The Justice Department and Portland, Oregon-based PacifiCorp announced the agreement Dec. 19. Under the deal, the company agreed to pay fines as well as restitution and community service with a total value of $2.5 million.

Damned Muslim Commie President! Record Dow, cheap gas, sustained recovery. This country has gone to hell. We should've moved to Canada when NigBama got elected.

Looks to me like those eagles committed suicide. Why does anyone have to pay?

Paul Ryan said he's not running. So we really could have an awesome rehashing of the last 2 Republican fields...but with a new and improved Bush!!!

Maybe you will get lucky and have the union friendly Scott Walker as your nominee.

Heh. No. Right now I'm a strong Rand Paul lean. Although I'm like Rhett Butler in that I have a weakness for lost causes. The Establshment will snap Paul like a match stick.

P.S. The most likely Establishment-approved nominee, Jeb Bush, is also a papist.

I respect Scott Walker. With all the horse heads that have been left in his bed the last few years, his dry cleaning bills must have been horrendous.

The PAH will be a formidable candidate. She was First Lady, an unaccomplished 1.5 term senator who spent most of her time running for president and failing, and Sec State whose biggest achievement was the Benghazi fiasco. That resume just screams "President of the United States."

What does your resume scream? I mean besides the screams of "Get out!" when you present it at a job application?

You could hope that your fellow Texan Rick Perry jumps in again. He started wearing glasses to tell the world, "I'm not as stupid as I talk."

Cincy is a Haven for terrorist activity. A few days ago we had a psycho kid making death threats against the Orange Guy as my kids say. Needs help, not jail. And this long bearded kid from across 75 trying to hit the Capital? He's a West Sider. Fry him.
