Yeah, that's part of it.

The other part is watching his pursuers get all excited when they feel his every wiggle. Both are true.

The only question is whether the noodlers will eventually catch him or whether he will get away.

Trump Warns Comey: "Better Hope that there are No "Tapes" of Meeting" - The Hill 42 min ago

Wtf?

If Trump really did hire a top notch law firm to represent him on the Russian business - why haven't they killed his twitter account? Are they angling for an insanity plea?

Remember back before the election, when I said I wasn't going to vote for Trump because I wasn't convinced he was entirely sane?

That's the kind of thing I was talking about.

Clapper says our institutions are under assault, but he can't even provide evidence supporting the central issue, the mother of all conspiracy theories, that Trump colluded with the Russians:

Yes, I still miss the days before the FBI and the Intellegence community were hopelessly politicicized.

"Yes, I still miss the days before the FBI and the Intellegence community were hopelessly politicicized."

You mean like when J. Edgar Hoover was running things? Yeah, I bet you do miss those days...

And from Toe's handy graphs, he evidently misses the days when JP Morgan and the robber barons were running things. Good times...

To be politicized would mean Hoover was a willing servant to one particular president, party, or ideology. Hoover was nobody's servant. He was all about maintaining his own position and power. If any president of either party challenged his position or power, Hoover would simply blackmail that president with the embarrassing pictures or tapes on that president, and the challenge stopped then and there.

Then Hoover would celebrate his victory by slipping into a nice Dior gown, stockings, pearls, and slow dance with his boyfriend.

A great example of a politicized Justice Department was when the attorney general had a secret meeting on a tarmac and briefed the spouse of a target of a major criminal investigation. If you want to talk about REAL politicization and assault on our democratic institutions, start there.

Then we can talk about the politicization the the IRS, in targeting conservative groups and destroying subpeona'd evidence.

Heh at eCat. For those of you wondering who the "wife" in the cartoon is, Google "Aisha."

Looks like eCat will soon be fatwa'd. Say hello to Salmon Rushdie, Geert Wilders and Charlie Hebdo. We'll miss you.

So clearly you prefer J. Edgar Hoover to Comey. Can't say that I'm shocked...

Incorrect. Hoover was a rogue criminal. I view Comey as being hapless and incompetent, but not anything like Hoover.

So, based on my twitter feed this morning, it seems that a hot, black scientist lady won Miss USA, but she's an awful person because she isn't progressive enough. That about right?

What's the correct female equivalent of "Uncle Tom"?

Where is JD when we need his expertise?
