A slaughter rule should be invoked during pre-game warmups.

Harris must have been a muschamp recruit. The transfer qb would have been no worse. Here is hoping we find one in our recruiting bag. Maybe we can steal one that is already committed to someone else. Every his qb in the nation must know that they could play right away. Congrats to doc and Levi

Harris originally commited to FSU but at the time we had 4 QBs in that class so Jimbo encouraged him to explore his options. His father is the legendary HS coach "Ice" Harris, who Miami hired hoping he could bring Miami area recruits. It hasn't happened. Ironically, UF is now recruiting Johnson, the FSU QB from Harris' class who was booted for punching that girl that tried to ruin his manhood in the bar. UF fans were so damn smug about how awful FSU players are; now he may end up a Gator (if SEC rules don't disallow it). For shame, Gators, for shame.
Harris' performance was possibly the worst I have ever seen at a major college level. Ever. I'm honestly wondering if UF gets over 100 yards against Bama. They very well may not.

Grey I thought of 79 as well. Give 'em hell Pell and Right on Tyrone, Right on! We were truly awful.

I like playing the Gators. I have been to all 7 of our matchups in the SECCG and have tickets to the 8th. Bama is 3-4 in those games.
Your D will give us fits. Our offense is unimpressive except for Henry.

After enough 3 and outs by our offense, our defense Will loook like crepe paper. Their asses will be dragging.

We have a qb committed from Texas. Task I s his name. Anyone know anything about him? He has to be better than Harris. Hope he comes early.

Now that the uga staff or history I bet coach Mac is already on the phone to Season. He has a great rep as a qb coach.

I know you picked up Feleipe Franks from Crawfordville, not from Texas. He's very highly rated, and was part of LSU's #1 class until he decommitted during the Les Miles chatter. He looks to be a really good one but quite raw. I would be surprised to see him start next year, especially in the first 6 games while Grier is sitting, but I guess a lot of it depends on his mental makeup. Remember that Jameis Winston redshirted and he probably would have been better than EJ Manual his freshman year but it rarely works that way.
Crawfordville isn't exactly known for generating elite prospects so I doubt he's had a very high level of coaching and from what I understand, McElwain will have a lot of flaws to correct.
You're probably going to be stuck with Harris for the first half of the season. Grier's NCAA appeal was turned down, correct? If the defense can stay healthy and dominant, and Taylor returns to an improving OL, Harris might be able to come through without a loss until Grier's return.

That seems like a non sequitur to me...

I generally liked the Florida fans. Not whiners in defeat, or arrogant in victory. Which is pretty rare in the SEC.
Anyway, Florida won when they were the better team. Bama won when we were better. No real upsets. Maybe 1999?
3 losses to Spurrier against 2 wins, and 1-1 vs Urban.

Nah gah dah. Gators lose in Knoxville next September. It's already been worked out with the SEC office and the head of referees.

Heard from someone that Franks may enroll early in January - every little bit helps.

Yeah, 21 visits between the 2 of us. 11 for Florida and 10 for Bama. Next closest team is 5.
