Kushner will get a lot of direction from his FIL. That dude has a very good brain and he knows more than the generals.

And who better to give advice on an upcoming Senate hearing than somebody who's been sued 4000 times.

It would appear to be a good bet that Trump will be replacing Kennedy in the near future.

According to the author, who apparently is a serious author, manuscript turns up where Obama writes that America is a racist country and you have to pass reforms that favor minorities on the sly to whites don't know about it.

He basically claims the press gave Obama a free pass on vetting and he's put together a 1500 page book full of information on Obama that the press didn't bother to dig up.

That's not what I was saying. I was saying he's a horrible SCJ. That's all.
Bklyn, why do you have a problem with well-educated black men in position of great power?

.
Heh.

I have zero problems with that, on its face. That's not my problem with Thomas.

You need to step your game up. Don't come at me with weak shit.

"Kushner couldn't do any worse with the Middle East than W or Obama did."

Yeah, but just look at him. He's like something from a parody movie...

"manuscript turns up where Obama writes that America is a racist country "

Some people can't take the truth...

There is a podcast by the guy interviewed..............

In an unpublished manuscript, former President Barack Obama and a friend wrote that America is a “racist society” that pushes an ideology that infects the minds of whites and blacks.

Pulitzer Prize winning author David Garrow is set to reveal information about this unpublished book in his upcoming biography “Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama.”

In an interview on the Jamie Weinstein Show released Wednesday, Garrow opened up about his upcoming book and told Weinstein, “I think that people irrespective of their political views or partisan identification will be astonished. I cannot say that too strongly. Will be profoundly astonished by how much important substance of Barack Obama’s life has not previously been known and that’s not in a negative context necessarily at all.”

Garrow, who won the Pulitzer Prize for his biography of Martin Luther King Jr., went on to say: “Barack and his closest friend [Robert Fischer] in the early 1990s, when they were in law school, wrote several hundred pages of a proposed book manuscript that was never published, particularly the 140 pages or so of that manuscript that is about race gives significant insight into Barack’s thinking when he was leaving law school, about to enter into public life in Illinois.”

Racism against African Americans continues to exist throughout American society, [which is] an admittedly racist culture,” Obama and Fischer wrote. “Precisely because America is a racist society we cannot realistically expect white America to make special concessions toward blacks over the long haul. The greatest testimony to the force of racist ideology in American culture is that it infects not only the mind of whites, but the minds of blacks as well.

That's not that controversial. That's right in the MLK wheelhouse.

That "infection" is the reason why I said on here months ago that the number of places I was willing to live in this country was minute, because I know what being in a non-diverse community will do to kids my age. That is real.

I wonder what legislation he thinks Obama pushed that addressed that...bc most black people felt PBO didn't keep enough of a legislative eye on things racial.

had it got out in 2008, Hillary Clinton would be president

its controversial to me. Obama left office with this country more racially divided than any time since the late 60's. And I'm not going to accept "it was always there, he just brought it to the surface" as a diversion for the reality of his presidency.

That division played a huge role in the election of Donald Trump, and much of that was based on the idea that Obama's focus was solely on minorities at the expense of the middle class.

its a two way street. There are places in this country you wouldn't live because you know what being in a non-diverse community will do to your kids. And those are black communities. Those are latino communities. That is real.

We'll just be on different sides of that opinion, then.

Stuff he wrote in college almost 30 years ago? Pfffftttt. Also, the idea that Obama passed reforms (or did anything else, including taking a shit) "on the sly" is just silly...

So you're saying that ideas formed 30 years ago don't have lasting influence on you?

I'd say your opinions on drug legalization were formed on you 30 years ago and you've been pretty consistent in pushing for a more radical agenda than the mainstream at the age of 51.
