It pisses me off, though, when you post a pic and I can see half of it. You need Jesus, eCat.

From everything I've ever seen you say about women, I'd think you'd be enthusiastically onboard with this. I suspect the source of your ostensible pique is pure jealousy...

It said charges could be pending. I suspect if that ever went to trial, they jury wouldn't be out very long...

Yeah, by all accounts, that was a justified use of firearms.

Heh.
It's sad that they decided to smash the back door and come in with masks and gloves, but the same fate would face them if they broke in my house.
Although, they would have .45 holes in their midsection, not the .223/5.56 that an AR fires.
/internet bad ass

You have to hose down the walls a lot more after a .45 has been used compared to 5.56.

a 1911 is my favorite handgun, but it would be a noisemaker in that situation.
Then again, i don't have any AR's just laying around within arm's reach.

I'm not a fan of an AR in home defense. Does a ton of damage to who you hit, but is a through wound and can hit someone on the other side of your target. A .45 -especially with a Glaser Blue- does not (which is all I keep loaded for home defense).

I prefer a ball-peen hammer. Sure it's messier and takes more effort, but there's a satifaction that comes with the crunch of a skull and the sound that it begets that you just dont get by pulling a trigger.
