JR Smith sucks. He needs to get hot and win a game for the Cavs or he's going to go down as an alltime NBA finals goat. All these other no-name guys have stepped up to fill in the gaps and he's throwing up bricks on the offensive end and committing stupid fouls on defense. He needs to step up...

The kid is 14? Could be the first kid to go the NBA right out of middle school.....

JR Smith giveth, JR Smith taketh away. He is the most consistent player, in terms of his inconsistency. It drove George Karl mad because he thought it would eventually change...and Earl Smith, Jr is who he is.

Golden State locked it down last night. It's not going 7.

But I applaud you for sticking your neck out there for making a prediction after 4 games. That took balls.

Cleveland is gassed. That's why they can't keep a 4th quarter lead. They're like a NASCAR car that is running out of gas and trying to get across the finish before they hit "E." If they had a full team they would probably win. They just are too physical for GS, but they don't have the personnel to do it for 48 minutes.

The series has been better than I expected.

James is doing everything he can --I think they can hold serve in Cleveland.

don't know why the Russian dude is sitting so much --get him in the game and maybe you don't force james to take 30 shots inc;luding some bad ones cause your teammates cant hit or do anything on their open. the Russian could create and take some pressure off of 23

I think Blatt made an irrational move trying to match GS with small ball last game. Mozgov should have played a lot more. He made some poor rotations early and sat out the rest of time. It's over in Cleveland on Tuesday...but Lebron has forever made me a believer.

I dont get why you even do that when you're so under manned, and instead of being forced to match GS' smalls why dont you make them match your size?

the intriguing part of these finals to me is that someone this summer is going to give Tristan Thompson near max $$$$

and another GM is going to give Dellavedova mid-level $$$$

If Toronto does either I'm gonna lose my shyt, word around here is TT wants no part of the pressure of playing for his hometown

and I'm okay with that

It's like Cleveland decided that the narrative, as opposed to the reality, was real. That small ball is the future. The thing is, Cleveland is only in the series when they decide to put their bigs in the game on full tilt. GS can't keep them off the boards. Kerr was smart to keep focusing on the fact that it's a small ball series because he wants no part of the Cleveland line with Thompson and Mozgov pounding the boards.

Thompson should make about $11M/yr. That'll be cheap once the cap moves up. Delli won't get much money from any team. His stock was high after the first 3 games, but he's regressed back to the mean. TT could make noise as long as he is on a team that has a lot of capable scorers. I think he would do well with OKC, personally, because he can play well with Serge who loves the elbow with his shot and Thompson's offense is within 5 feet of the rim.

I think that LeBron guy should probably be able to command the max after this series...

Since the Blackhawks started this run in 2009, they have been in 10 best of 7 series where it was tied 2-2 after four games. In those 10 series, they are 19-1 in games 5 and 6 (the only loss was in the WCF this year against Anaheim in game 5 - they went on to win games 6 and 7). That's pretty impressive especially in a sport that can be so fluky like hockey.

It's the first time they've had the chance to win at home since the early 70s.
