I read it a bunch of times thinking it had some GoT reference. I'm drawing a blank on wtf that is or what it is mocking.

I wish Mook still posted here so I'd know if Merle ever comes back in the Walking Dead

screw Mook

I have google

"Actor Michael Rooker, who plays Merle, was at Wondercon this past weekend to discuss the upcoming videogame ‘Lollipop Chainsaw ’, to which he lends his voice talents. Of course, fans wouldn’t let Rooker get through the panel without bringing up ‘The Walking Dead’ and the fate of Merle. Since AMC is usually so secretive about ‘The Walking Dead’ Rooker shocked fans by revealing that Merle will indeed be returning in season three of the series. Of course, Rooker couldn’t say much about how or what role Merle will play upon his return, but he did say that he had to lose twenty pounds for the role."

Merle is a character made up for the TV show, so comic knowledge wouldnt necessarily help in figuring that out.

the dude said, in a manner of speaking, on Talking Dead that at least one of the trio of Merle and the black dude and his son (MOrgan?) in the pilot would return.

I did notice Rick mention something about cold weather slowing the zombie's down but of course in their travels, they have managed to go like 60 miles from home in 3 months....and lose 2/3 of their group in the process.

I understand you can't really apply logic to a show about zombie's taking over the planet but still, its hard not to.

I just love the idea of Merle coming back, talking shit and Rick ending up having to shoot him. Of course they'd devote 200 minutes of useless dialog about Daryl being conflicted having to choose sides between Merle and Rick with a flashback to Daryl and Merle as kids with Merle protecting him from his abusive daddy.
