One suggestion I've read is that it's Charles Johnson, one of the alt-right bloggers who can't keep a Twitter account.

Also, I didn't know that Richard Spencer attended Duke. I'd kick him in the pussy if I ever ran across that faggot.
I've been reading it. Do you know if its legit or not?

Hard to say and I don't think we'll ever know, unless it is and he's found out. I'm reading it for amusement purposes though, like I read Trump's Twitter acct.

This won't be one of them.

I voted for this.
two quotes

"drain the swamp"

"blow it up"

If you keep pinning your hopes on me having some epiphany, its not going to be 7 days into the Trump administration.
Heh. I'm not expecting any epiphany from you. Shit, you threw me for a loop on the privilege conversation. I don't expect most people to walk back their positions on things easily. I just want to hold you accountable to your words, that's all. So, every once in a while I will come back to that "blow it up" "I voted for this" well, because I think you chose the wrong messenger on this one.

I don't expect eCat to have an epiphany. He is a proud hilljack after all. As Trump continues to drive the US further down a hole, I expect eCat to took like Capt. Quint in Jaws after the argument with Brody, Hooper or both, just angrily bobbing his head in exaggerated fashion at the helm of the Orca as he guns the engine.
Trump "going after the gays" would be surprising. IMO, he's the most pro-gay president ever elected. Obama (and like every other politician ever elected Pres or VP barring like maybe Dick Cheney) was even anti-gay marriage in 2008. Trump going after gays has always struck me as "Trump is insane, he's terrible, hes Hitler, and the antithesis of our left wing politics! Ergo he must hate gays!" Did he ever even say anything about LGBTQ in the campaign? How's he going to go after them anyway? The current rumors look like bullshit fear mongering.
I find it hard to believe any lifelong NYer would have any particular global hatred toward gays. It's damn-near impossible.

I could see this as a set-up by Trump, who has never taken a hard line against gays. I can see them floating something like this to get everybody up in arms and then announcing that they would never pull the rug out from under LGBT's, etc, etc, and then he looks like a hero for simply maintaining the status quo...

"I tried to find the clip of Quint angrily bobbing his head but to no avail. That's always been one of my favorite scenes from Jaws."

"But individuals familiar with deliberations within the White House, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because no final decision has been made, said that the details of the policy remain in flux and that it is far from certain President Trump would ultimately issue such an order."

That's right, it was when the boat was on fire. I love that scene.

So, Trump just fired the Acting Attorney General for ruling against him in the Immigration Executive Order. Every federal judge that has reviewed the EO has ruled against it. They all asked for more time to sort through the intent of th EO v what is established case law. The AG's reasoning was that she couldn't, at this point, confirm it was lawful. She asked to be convinced. She was fired.

This is where we are. 10.5 days in.

Trump is testing the constitutionality of everything he can, it seems. He's setting up a showdown between the branches of gov't and, as I've said, he won't win it.

It's going to get really interesting when he decides to start testing his military power.

The AG's reasoning was that she couldn't...

And insubordination gets you fired. She'll be fine, she was only a placeholder till Sessions. Now, she's a martyr/hero of the kook left/msm.

“Elections have consequences, and at the end of the day, I won.” – President Obama to House Republican Whip Eric Cantor, January 23, 2009.

But Obama (or any other president) didn't use his power as Trump has and he's been in office for a little more than a week.

.At what point will people supporting him decide that he's overstepping his bounds? Just trying to figure out where the limit is for folks who like what he's doing. Obviously those who don't like him/didn't vote for him think that's already happened but, truthfully, he hasn't enacted any great changes. That doesn't mean he won't or isn't planning on it.

So I ask, what would Trump have to do to make you say, "Now hold on just a minute."?

It'll have to hit their wallet. Then it'll matter.

Trump had the right to fire Yates. What she did was unprecedented (even if principled). The AG does not go against the Executive Branch, usually. The problem is, the AG's concerns would have normally been addressed BEFORE the EO was issued. This administration loves to just go it alone. They did not even brief Mattis or Flynn on this. This tactic will ultimately wear thin. It didn't take long to wear thin on Yates because she is not his appointee. The rest of his crew are proud guys. You can't keep dissing them like this and expect it to be all good. We're 11 days in.
