Yeah, I saw that documentary. It was good. I never realized why he left Arkansas, but the doc laid it out. Shame he let the pressure get to him like that.

I heard an interview a couple days ago with Cal and Colin Cowherd. It was good. After listening to him talk about his philosophy in getting these kids ready for the NBA, I was ready to sign an LOI to UK.

I listened to an Anthony Grant interview. He's like a less verbose Marshawn Lynch.

For some reason I literally LOL'd when I read that. I guess I wasn't expecting the second sentence to be a joke and it caught me with my hands down.

I'm afraid Cal is going to be pretty much unstoppable for the foreseeable future...

I feel alot better knowing he turned down $80m to coach the Cavs and Lebron to stay at Kentucky. That would tell me we get at least 4 more years from him.

By then Duke and Kansas will have become a mirror to Kentucky in recruiting strategy anyways...and Tom Crean will be selling insurance.

Second row tickets to the NBA game - $300
Giving no fucks about the game and watching cat videos on your smart phone - priceless

I can't understand the reasoning that Cal will only be at UK for 4 more years. If he's not interested in the NBA, I'd say he will be at Kentucky for another 10 years at least. Why walk away from the kind of dynasty he's building? Not that UK isn't already a dynasty, but to add another chapter, and probably the greatest chapter to date, eclipsing even Rupp and Pitino, why would a guy like Cal walk away from that? I don't see it...

look at Cal the day he came here and look at Cal now - and he's also had a hip replacement.

UK ages you in dog years, much like the presidency does.

He may stay 10 more years but I think his opinion is I can't do this job at the level required to be successful for much longer.

I think the epitaph on Pitino's tombstone will read:

But he had to play North Carolina...

I think its just hit the UL fans who were so pumped to be in the ACC that they're always going to play the ACC tournament in North Carolina

Unfortunately for us, those days are over. Next year, the tournament moves to D.C. for a year, then Brooklyn for two years. Yes, what says ACC Basketball more than Da Bronx?

Florida always plays UK tough for the 1st half. It's the 2nd half where UKs depth kills them.
