Heh. I know better. It's all downhill from here. Being ranked 11th is just plain stupid. Way to young. But it has been fun and the future is looking up.

I wasn't flabbergasted that they beat Ole Miss (I wasn't convinced the Rebs could sustain their Bammer game mojo) but certainly had no idea UF could manhandle them like that. 5-0 after wishfully hoping for 3-2 is fun, and I'm glad we playing Mizzou before LSU who I don't think anyone is going to touch while Fournette is running the ball. They remind me a lot of Georgia with HFW.

LSU is beatable...their defense looks more porous than usual and someone is going to figure out how to contain Fournette. He's special but one RB can only carry a team for so long.

Ole Miss got way too much love for one win. They got five turnovers and still barely beat Bama. Bama probably would've won convincingly had the turnover margin been even.

Yeah it was unprecedented. Except it happened with Mississippi State last year. I'm just shocked that UF didn't move into the Top 5. I honestly thought they would. What good is a college football poll without the SEC in the Top 5? FFS, ESPN had 4 SEC teams in their Top 4 FPI last week - with a straight face.

And I've got 3 balls. What's your point?

Who here thought we'd be bowl eligible by October 11? The offense returned to its sputtering self, but I'll take a win on the road against a decent SEC team any way it comes. There must be someone on campus who can kick better than Garcia or Hardin - that is going to bite us in the a** sometime this season.

I am going in a limb and saying we hold him down to less than 110 yds and and beat LSU on sat note in death valley. I think that is what they call it.

I think the LSU game is going to bring them back down to earth. It's been fun though.

I'm hoping the offense can keep the 3-and-outs to a minimum so Fournette has limited opportunities to gash the defense.

This will be the second time we have faced a quality RB. We slowed down Tennessee's but completely forgot the QB was allowed to rum. Thank god for fourth downs.

I think the Gators take this one (I also thought OM would beat Bama and UF would beat OM, FWIW). The Chubb injury is going to get into Fournette's head and UF will sell out to stop him. USCe tried to sell out to stop him too but they couldn't tackle a pee wee team.
That is, of course, if the Gators don't turn the ball over. I'm not sure that Grier won't get the yips - they had nothing to lose against OM but now shit's getting real.
