I also think Cal is trying to pressure his guys the best he can leading to the tourney. If they come in undefeated, they need (in some kind of way) to feel some heat for when it inevitably does come one of these weekend days in March. I think Cal is doing a good job at it...even if it comes at the expense of it looking like he knows how to coach sometimes.

The only step up from UK would be the NBA... he's always stated he would like the opportunity to coach Lebron someday.
