Ironically enough, many UNC fans feel like the administration fucked this whole deal up by being too forthcoming and proactive...
I can see why - but it isn't because they want to do the right thing, its because they don't want to admit to cheating.
The Carolina Way - which I realize is an overused punchline right now - really has little meaning when their approach is one of supporting continued deceit.

I've got to give eCat credit, he's really getting in a lot of zingers under the guise of thoughtful commentary...

Nice recruit in Felton. Will Roy even be there to coach him?

Oh, I'm sure there are some UNC folks who, having realized that the school has slunk into the mire of Doing Whatever Is Necessary to keep its lucrative sports machine humming, are aghast and wanting to do the Right Thing. But those people are the true Troublemakers.
Had UNC just tidied up a bit, declared to Take Care of the Problem and continued about its business, secretly making it a priority to Severely deal with State in secret, we would have quit talking about it now. Well, the eCats of the world would, rightly, still be pointing the finger and jumping up and down because that's what they do. And we like when they do that. But instead, we had Holden Jackanape and the cadre of Troublemakers start the practice of telling on themselves in hopes that Pappy would spare them the belt.
The whole thing is embarrassing and makes me wish the NCAA does shut down every sport there is at Carolina, just for spite.

Booker steps out of bounds with 3 seconds to go in overtime right in front of ref... no call. By her reaction, evidently the lady in black was the only one to see it. Great game by Ole Miss though... was hitting everything they launched. No way this team goes undefeated.

I can imagine how that would go:
"Goddamn you, you're fucking my wife, I'm going to kick your ass!"
"No sir, I wasn't fucking your wife, I just listening in to your private conversations and posting them on the internet."
"That's it? Fuck it, finish cleaning the pool and we'll have a beer"...

If UNC it s going to lose another home game in the ACC, this wil get ugly real fast. A guy that shoots 32 from 3 hits is first two against a ROy coached team if you are in a slump come play the Heels
