I actually prefer Italian wine to French. Much better bargain, too. But mostly it's California for me...

Funny enough, I actually prefer Italian women to French.

I am sure her jaw was just as sore as his even though he blew double......

I think Trump might be slightly autistic or has a touch of Asberger's or something like that. He was rolling along fairly nicely at the Al Smith dinner last night, some of the jokes were lame or ill-delivered but these people aren't professional comedians, no biggie. But just like in the debates, he starts falling apart about halfway thru. He starts delivering just outright rude comments about Hillary that could only possibly be marginally funny at a roast with hardcore comedians. After he said something along the lines of "isn't it funny that Hillary is here when everybody knows she hates catholics?", the audience started outright booing him. A white tie dinner with a room well-stocked with republicans, and he is getting cascades of boos. In fairness, he was just straight out reading this stuff directly off his notes, but did he not check them out beforehand? I really don't think he has any filter for what is appropriate and what is not in a situation like that, or maybe he just doesn't care. Either way, it's not an attractive quality. The last 5 minutes of his remarks were literally cover your face bad and I seriously don't think he understands the difference b/w that and good-natured humor, even if it is edgy. He really just doesn't know where the line is, which is why he crosses it all the time...

At one point (it might have been after the "everybody knows she hates catholics" remark) even the presiding monsignor (or whatever his title is) could only look down with his hand on his forehead in an attitude of stunned embarrassment...

its what got him where he is

you stick with what works

the media hasn't learned - any press is better than no press.

Instead of filling up every moment talking about what a great president Hillary would be, they focus on how bad Trump could be. (admittedly, its pretty much impossible to talk about how great she could be)

It keeps the conversation on him - and its intentional on his part to do everything he can to keep it going.

Look at the guys' faces sitting behind Trump starting at the 5:19 mark, they are just in shock. In fairness, I only saw this just now b/c during the broadcast I was too busy looking Maria Bartiromo's cleavage whenever she was on the screen to pay much attention to anything else...

I blew a .31. No idea how accurate it was but I was barely coherent when I did it.

Hell, I started drinking moonshine one night this past winter and woke up in pile of puke in the guest bathroom. My wife said I passed out while walking, crawled in there, puked and laid my head back down on the bathroom rug.

at this point in my life I don't get hangovers from screwdrivers.

I think the vodka/OJ balances each other out

That's the only liquor I'll touch now.

I am a pretty light drinker compared to you all, maybe 1 or 2 rum and cokes a week. I don't like the taste of beer so I stick with liquor. But last night hanging out with colleagues at a CA conference I had about 6 rum or whiskey mixed drinks and, though a little buzzed, was not inoperative by any means. Not even a headache this morning. Some of the guys were puking over beer. I think it is a hereditary thing because, like I said, I normally don't drink much at all, and it is rare I get a night like last night, and when I do I never get blasted or sick

I have to move a massive ass dining room table from my parents house to my house in Fayetteville this evening. I have some scotch waiting on me after this.
