well they dropped 41 on UL in the first half. That was impressive.

We got 0 fucking offensive rebounds. In an entire game. Against a fucking team that played zone.

Really glad we played this game. I wish we could play Texas too. You might win, but even if you get your ass kicked at least people wake up for a second to ask why Texas or Baylor is kicking our ass and how that won't stand. Getting beat at home by shitty Auburn doesn't do that trick.

Against us or in general? They've been a solid team. We hadn't played them since we moved to the SEC.

Kentucky only 2 of 17 behind the line.. seems as if they have no problem with the 15-18 footers. Need to limit the 3 pt attempts to only 6 or 7 a game. The unc game will be a close one if they continue to throw up bricks from the 3. Booker and Ulis doubtful for the unc game. Booker, Ulis and Willis are the only decent 3 pt shooters on the team and Willis only gets garbage minutes.

They still won by 10 and they'll beat UNC by more than that. Mark me.

It was clear they are tired of playing cupcakes, and Columbia was an exceptional cupcake - they played defense and shot the 3 - just had no interior game.

On the one hand I'm glad we had this game prior to UNC because they need to understand they have to bring the intensity to every game, and they needed to know a 3 point shooting team can stay in a game even if you take away the interior which Kansas wouldn't do.

On the other hand, defense can and does win games but its the same situation we are in every year with Cal's system - the offense and free throw shooting is inconsistent. Cal said last night that he is just hoping to get to the Xmas break so they can have 3-a-days and get it straightened out.

Kentucky has been known to allow a non 3 pt shooting team to come into Rupp and light it up.... going all the way back to the Crispen bros from Penn State.

I'm sure there were others before the Crispins, but none come to mind. The same holds true for UK football. A 3rd string QB can play against Kentucky be a Heisman candidate by the end of the game.
