Bill Anderson is a good friend of my sisters. She is big in the church he goes to. Nice enough guy, very humble and self deprecating.

I'm too young to remember the String Bean murder but I have seen documentaries with the Hee Haw cast talking about him.

so Samsung buys 1 million copies of Jay-Z's album for $5 a pop and plans to release them for free 72 hours prior to album release strictly to Samsung smart phone users

and they announce it just before halftime of game 5, Samsung is pulling out all of their guns

and props to Jay, thats 5 million in album sales weeks before release

makes me wonder if Kanye let his album leak on purpose in order to get some hype in before this dropped

Samsung is trying to fuck Apple like Apple fucked them on the bounce technology.

I hate to admit it but I love that Robin Thicke song called Blurred Lines.

Its got a throw back to the 70's Ohio Players feel to it.

It samples "Got to Give it Up," the ultimate Soul Train dance line song.

I have to check it out. It makes sense, though. Who can't be caught by a Marvin Gaye sample?

They were excellent. 2-1/2 hours of solid Rush. Well worth it.

Probably too embarrassed, with good reason. Did you jerk your arms up in the air with your fingers in the "hook em horns" position when they cranked into Thom Sawyer? Did you chicken strut around in a little circle in a mean, mean stride? Did you then exhibit a mean, mean PRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDDDDDDDDDEEE!!!!!

"you know you kick grateful dead ass when you can leave your first hit off your concert playlist because theres no room for it"

Grateful Dead had about 400 songs in their repertoire and never played the same song two shows in a row, often not playing the same songs (and then only one or two) until several shows later. I guaran-goddamn-tee that Rush is trotting out the exact same set every night with no change, like glorified wind-up dolls. Probably pre-recorded with them lip synching and air guitaring, and nobody in the audience knows or would even care if they did. Woo-hoo...
