Chiefs are a gay team, man. That tap dancing around in the endzone was pure virtue signalling. They smell their farts with more fervor than your average liberal.

Jayden is awesome. Feels a bit like Josh Allen except better. He did an Allen like pivot in the first half where he went from one end of the endzone to the other in .01 seconds. quick bloke. Probably sees the world in slow motion.

In other news. The last NFC east team to make the conference finals? You guessed it. The Dallas Cowboys.

I sat in my office chair in front of my desk looking at the tv I have above the basement fireplace in shock for the last 7:30 of the game and for several minutes after the game. My four year old daughter stayed down here in her Washington cheerleaders outfit intermittently watching the game from my recliner and running around the room or up and down the stairs. She ended up sitting in my lap to watch the last Detroit drive and for Washington to run out the clock. She understood to some degree -- but far from fully -- when I explained that I was 7 years old the last time Washington made it this far. It all feels so surreal.

I know that Philly is going to beat them like a rented mule next week and that this win was against a severely depleted Lions. Still, this feels so amazing.

Congrats DS. Hopefully they can take over the division because Fuck Philly and Dallas is going to be shit while Jerry is still alive or at least brain functional.

Did you tell her you were rooting for the Cowboys last time they made it this far?

Heh. That brief dalliance with the devil came a few years after.

Philly might beat Skins but neither stand a chance against whoever comes out of the AFC.

I wouldn't say any of that is necessarily true. It might be true, but no chance?

Skins or Eagles could win. And that winner could beat anyone in the AFC. They have chances.

I have none.

All I am saying is that I don't know and that you don't know either. I don't like any of these teams. I have no dog in this fight.

Bro, did you watch the Eagles game and then watch the current game after that? Did you happen to notice how the Eagles won the game despite their qb who can’t actually throw the ball. And then see Lamar and Allen who have comparable O and D lines and skill players, but also have qbs who can throw the living fuck out of the ball? I rest my case.

I am not your bro.

Today's games (no matter who is playing) has no impact on what will happen next week or in early February. Everything is isolated.

If I have learned one thing in life, it is that what is rational or expected in professional sports, it doesn't always work that way.

True I guess. Crazy shit can happen. Eagles have a great team minus their qb. But the Skins sadly, have no possible way to beat KC or Buffalo. I will be rooting for the Bills.
