Nice to see the ACC sweep the SECe again, but especially nice to put another beatdown on the Gators. It was a disappointing year, having been put out of the ACC race so early, but one thing Jimbo is unmistakably good at is beating the Gators and Hurricanes and for that we should be very glad to have him as our coach.

Well we swept the 3 state rivalries that matter - but shockingly the Cardinal somehow lost to Kentucky.

Basketball report - I refuse to get excited - but we have a really deep, talented team.

Nice win vs the Gators yesterday - if we can figure out our rotations and share the ball we could be really good.

We should be undefeated right now. While Temple isn't an awful program to lose to, we had an 18 point lead in the second half then just fell apart. Still could have won on a great inbound pass but our incredible freshman missed a tough but makeable layup. Oh well...ACC is ridiculously talented as usual this year but if we can finish with more wins than losses we should get a good seed in the Show.

If we had lost it would not have been Jimbo's fault. Frenchy has had accuracy problems all year but nothing like at the Orange Bowl. Even with no one in his face, he couldn't hit the ocean with his back to the beach and knee deep in salt water. Don Brown (Michigan DC) is an excellent coach and with a senior-laden defense, they were able to make adjustments to stop our offense. We played very well all things considered, and the defense was very stout considering how many three-and-outs the offense gave it. I think we gave up 3.4 yards per play which is pretty dominant.

Will take the W in this case no matter how it occurred - even tho all of our issues hit us at one point or another during the OB - but I guess thats football (for everybody but Bama anyway)

I dont know if DF was hurt a little bit - or just a little gun-shy after getting drilled once again by an unblocked defender - but he was definitely off

Sad to see two of my favorite Noles - Cook and Walker - play their last games - both went out in style
