The only reason I can think of having an iphone 4s over the 5 is if you have a buttload of power chargers/connectors in your house or car.
I like the stinky pinky but only up to the first knuckle, I do not want a GD thumb up there--I've told her multiple times and I always catch her when she tries to pull a fast one---it's my butthole for Chrissakes I'm gonna know--so cut out the BS.

What do you mean by that?

I am thinking of getting a smart phone. What should I get? What is the difference b/w the Galaxy (whatever you bought) and an iPhone?

that's a sweet deal

I'm closing in on my upgrade date with my blackberry torch, I've been keen on the samsung but I need a keyboard though, I have a pair of bear paws and touch screen typing is a pain in the ass

plus I love BBM

the samsung galaxy III is a droid based machine, but it absolutely kicks ass.

I haven't had a chance to compare it to the iphone5 but my wife has the 4s and there is no comparison between the two. Matter of fact, the kids gave me their Ipod- touch. The Galaxy does everything the Ipod touch does and more. It also has a version of siri - not sure what its called by my daughter has been playing with it all morning.

I was adding apps to the S III and I got tired of looking at all the shit that is available for it.

I guess it really depends on what you want to do though. The Galaxy has an 8mp camera and 16gb of memory with a hi resolution 4.5inch screen.

If you have a huge investment in I-tunes then that may sway your decision to go iphone 5.

The $29 dollar deal was a Black Friday deal at Costco, but I think you can get them for $129 any other time there, and anywhere from $99 to $199 (same as the iphone 5) at provider stores.

Call of Duty Black Ops II is boring. If I wanted to watch a movie I would have rented a movie.

the market is saturated with cheap Android tablets.

I'm not sure there is much difference between any of them that are running on the "A" chip.

in the sub $150 range, you're going to go with a 7" screen (most likely). Try to find a duo core, dual core or quad core chip if possible, after that you want to look for 1gb of RAM, SD slot that allows you to expand the internal memory (and not just act as storage), a capacitive screen, running Android 4.0 (ICS or Jellybean) or at least easily upgradable to it and has a decent camera. Bluetooth is nice but I wouldn't make that a deal breaker. All of them will have wifi. 3G is a waste and will add cost unless you tie it to a cell provider.

You'll also hear about rooting - there are many "app stores" that control the apps you can put on the machine, in some cases due to the restrictions of the CPU, in others marketing - rooting to the google app store is a way to remove all the restrictions and open you up to the most apps but most users won't care - the app store provided will add most of the stuff you want.

You can get a 7" "A" model CPU running 4.0 with Wifi and a camera for around $70 right now. It will be Happy Cat brand or some other crazy chinese brand but that is all that the $90 models are doing is just buying them and putting their "brand" name on it like Coby.

The next step up is the Kindle and Nexus level Tablets at $199. Better wifi, screen resolution and CPU

I jumped in feet first on the tablets - bought my daughter a Motorola Xoom, my wife a Sony and my son the $60 Uniden. The kids don't care because the phone they have is more powerful than all of them. I doubt they touch then other than to read.

One feature you'll find on the $225 models (on some of them) is an infra red port that makes the table a kick ass remote control. The sony tablet I bought my wife has that.
