Lose to Vandy.....Brock's approval in the toilet....and no hurricanes....somebody high tail it to Farragut and remove all the knives and rope from tick's house.

The 2013 Atlantic hurricane season, which officially ends on Saturday, Nov. 30, had the fewest number of hurricanes since 1982, thanks in large part to persistent, unfavorable atmospheric conditions over the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea, and tropical Atlantic Ocean. This year is expected to rank as the sixth-least-active Atlantic hurricane season since 1950, in terms of the collective strength and duration of named storms and hurricanes.

The hurricane machine must be have been "upgraded"to the same software as the government's healthcare website.

We will change our plan for the fourth time in four years. Was with BC/BS which is now participating in the exchange. Was told our premiums would go up 25% and the coverage would be less. We told them we were going to shop around. A month later they came back at 15% increase, asshats. United Healthcare, who refuses to be part of the exchange, offered us a 9% DECREASE over last year for the same coverage as last year. Guess which one we are going with.

I just got my card from BCBS gleefully informing me I could keep my shitty plan. No action required, just do nothing and everything remains the same as before! I get to pay $2000 a year for nothing! What a bargain!

Peace in our time!

Oh wait.....
Iran’s right to enrich uranium, the key component in a nuclear weapon, is fully recognized under the draft released by Tehran.

My roommate about 7 years ago or so had one of those cysts on his knee.

Well, I think it started being a pain when running and he blamed it on shin splints, but never stopped running. It started becoming extremely painful, shortly before he finally went to the doctor. We had a pool table in our dining room which was about 7 feet or so away from the couch in the living room of our townhouse. Me and our third roommate were playing pool and while making a long cross table shot or breaking or something the third roommate sent the cueball flying down the table where it careened off one of the balls and flew off the table, I can only assume that the moment was suspended in super slow motion at this point, but the cue ball went flying and nailed him directly on cyst while he was sitting on the couch watching TV. He crumpled in a heap and screamed "Oh fuck, I hate you!"

He eventually had it surgically removed, it came back after a few months and he had another surgery. It also killed a nerve that was running under the cyst and had gotten compressed (probably the source of the pain?) and he eventually had to have another surgery to move a tendon around so that another nerve/muscle could function to lift his toes up.

Later, after we learned that it was a ganglion cyst and that they are sometimes treated by smashing with a bible, my other roommate began to claim that he was only trying to treat his cyst by smashing it with the cue ball.

He probably would have been better off seeing a doctor sooner.

I heard there's a good "Hitler discovers that ganglion cysts can be smashed with a bible after he already had surgery on his" video out there...
