If you are an insurance company, wtf would you reissue one of the canceled policies?

Since our dumbass in chief cant actually change the law these plans are still technically illegal. NDA (National Dumbass Authority aka Oprama) is again illegally refusing to enforce the law.

So what happens when an ins company tries to reissue one of these still illegal policies that happens to not cover something the law actually says they must and someone sues because even though their policy doesn't cover the problem the law actually says they must.

Oprama can't tell the courts to ignore the law so the ins company loses in court. You'd be crazy to reissue. Plus oprama can just change his mind tomorrow on enforcement. God Oprama sucks something awful.

The real problem for oprama and the libs is while Opramacare was designed to fail it happened far faster than they thought so no time for people to become dependent on it where it becomes impossible to turn off. Still time now.

For the State Department, permitting Russia to build the stations would help mend the Obama administration’s relationship with the government of President Vladimir V. Putin, now at a nadir because of Moscow’s granting asylum to Mr. Snowden and its backing of President Bashar al-Assad of Syria.
Do I read this right? Putin gives asylum to a traitor and is backing a dictator that "we" don't like, so to mend relations, we are giving them spying privilege. Doesn't the fucker usually do something for the fuckee in situations like this?

If that was white kids knocking out a black person, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson would be on every news channel.

I hope that anyone that does that shit gets killed in a drive-by or gets the ass aids.

Fuck'em and feed'em fish heads.

Dozens of anti-pipeline and oilsands activists gathered Saturday in downtown Calgary as part of a nation-wide protest focusing on climate change.

The peaceful gathering in Calgary, held inside the Plus—15 walkway between the headquarters of Enbridge and TransCanada Corp., was part of the Defend Our Climate protest that took place in 130 communities across Canada.

Chantal Chagnon with the Idle No More movement, said they’re trying to get the attention of the energy industry and the Canadian Parliament to the growing global opposition to “pipelines, tar sands expansions and other polices that contribute to runaway climate change.”

“We’re seeing the effects of global warming and we can’t keep denying it because obviously something is happening,” Chagnon said.

“We have to take advantage of our knowledge at this point and really change our behaviour, change our way of development.

“We can’t keep developing infinitely on a finite world.”

The protest was held as world leaders in Poland for the United Nations Climate Change Conference discuss plans for international co-operation on the issue.

Protestors in Calgary said the Harper government is refusing to take meaningful action when it comes to climate change.

Originally about 300 people were slated to participate in the Calgary protest, but due to a snow storm only about 50 showed up.

And your point is what? I don't know about you, but just because someone happens to have more money than me doesn't mean I am entitled to have the government go force it from in my name.

The other issue is this is just a way to HIDE the tax. If they had come out and said we are going to increase income taxes in such and such brackets to cover Obamacare it never would have passed.
my point is when you posted about the 3.8% tax I wanted to know whom and how it affected people since you didnt provide any details just a blanket statement that there was this tax
