Penn State, offensively, you played like shit. You deserve to lose. You DESERVE to drop 8 spots in the poll.

They’d be a 2 loss team at this point in the SEC, minimum.

Maybe so.

They certainly didn't play like they belong anywhere near the playoffs. That was terrible. All those turnovers and chances Ohio State gave them, Penn State never had any control of the line of scrimmage both on offense or defense. They were pushed around.

Ole Miss did the same in the Peach Bowl last December.

"Three drives inside the 10, and we got three points," one fan yelled at Franklin.

"If you’re gonna be man enough to talk, what’s your name?" Franklin responded before the fan waved him off and walked away.
don't get into it with the drunk, disgruntled, fans

That fan had a sober coherent point.

Not really.

The KIDS fucked up. These are 4-star players Franklin had on the field for offense and they couldn't score a touchdown. Franklin gave them 4 opportunities each time to get it done and they failed. That is not on the coach. That is on his players, sucking. If Franklin pussies out and takes a field goal both times instead of failing on 4th and goal twice, then Penn State STILL loses by one point (instead of 7) and the sober fan still rags him out for not going for a touchdown.

Blame the kids on offense. They get worse than an F, they get a 0 for the day. The Penn State defense gave them two turnovers one of which was a pick-6 and held Ohio State to a measly 20 points. A+. The kids on offense did shit for all 60 minutes. Just like in the Pitt-SMU game, the kids fucked up.

It's culture and starts at the top. He isn't 1-10 against tOSU and abysmal in Top 5 / 10 games by coincidence. You're too stupid to understand that.

Cultural my fucking ass. Was the whole Penn State team bad? No. The Penn State players on defense, they came to play. So this wasn't Franklin. The players on offense need to have their scholarships revoked. That is how bad they were. They played afraid of Ohio State, weren't willing to play the least bit hard in the trenches where it mattered.

I don't think the first College Football Playoff poll is officially in yet, but I'm calling it:
  • #1 Oregon
  • #2 Georgia
  • #3 Ohio State
  • #4 Miami
  • #5 BYU
  • #6 Texas
  • #7 Indiana
  • #8 Notre Dame
  • #9 Tennessee
  • #10 Penn State (should be #2, but for some fuck heads on the team)
  • #11 SMU
  • #12 Boise State
Any poll at THIS POINT that has Alabama in the top 12, is wrong, culturally biased, and reeks of DEI and systemic racism.

That first ranking, swap Bama for SMU and I have no bitch with it. Doesn't really matter, this is the first ranking, not the last.
