obviously it's only my bitterness that makes those 9 major violations look bad.

I definitely need to take lessons in "letting go" from a fan base that brings up Valvano, Case and Sloan at least twice a week.

no program in history has ever had a sports agent's employee at it's assistant head coach and lead recruiter.

I'm sure our players are getting improper academic help as well as other illegal benefits, but we havent spent the last 50 years proclaiming from the highest mountain top that we dont do such things, and looking down our noses at other schools. glass houses and all that.

ha.

It's 1991, my EE wife has scheduled an exam in March. Her students come to her and ask her to change it because Duke is in the final four.

Her response: What's the final four?

Those students should have known the answer at that point.

Are all nine considered major violations?

"Not me. I just think your anti-UNC crusade went a little too far."

Ya think??? LMAO. This is what UNC fans in NC have to live with our whole lives, Spacer. It gets old sometimes, but it's always satisfying...

One year to the day the NCAA notified UNC it was initiating an investigation, the bill comes due.

The full letter can be found at Tar Heel Blue.

In all there are nine major. violations listed. The central figures in most of the infractions are names you have heard repeatedly over the past year: Former assistant coach John Blake, NCAA designated ALC and former UNC player Chris Hawkins, former tutor Jennifer Wiley and the late agent Gary Wichard.

Among the charges were failure to monitor(applied to Hawkins but not Blake), impermissible benefits from various individuals including Wiley, Wichard, Hawkins and some guy named Willy, impermissible academic help/academic fraud, failure to monitor social media, unethical conduct by multiple individuals and Blake essentially declared an ALC(Agent Like Creature) by the NCAA. Here is a detailed summary of the allegations.

"I definitely need to take lessons in "letting go" from a fan base that brings up Valvano, Case and Sloan at least twice a week."

You've never heard me talk about any of those guys. I don't even remember what Valvano got popped for. I may have made some passing sass once or twice about Valvano, but Sloan and Case? No. Face it, you're the obsessed one. Nobody gives enough of a shit about NCState (not even State fans) to dredge up that ancient shit and go on and on and on and on about it like you and the minions of Paick Priiiiide do about Carolina. I don't even know what they did or give a shit. Passing sass is one thing, and I'm sure nothing pleases you more than the (false) thought that some Carolina fans are as obsessed with NCState as most State fans are obsessed about Carolina, but it's just not the case that very many UNC fans give much of a shit about NCState. You know it's true and it evidently irks you...

""You know you can play online scrabble on pogo.com.

I used to play an online version of Scrabble called Scrabbulus, but I think they went under. How do we get a game going on pogo.com?

Sign up for a pogo.com account and we can set a time.

We could set up TGP tourneys, and with chess, too. This will be neat-o!

Further, we can bet. PvP or Ina tourney. We all have PayPal accts, I assume.

Final Fours and NCAA championships get me thru the night just fine, Auggie. I frankly consider UK a much bigger rival in hoops than NCState. I seriously pull for NCState if they ever make the tourny. I know that's not often, but I feel so sorry for you guys that I genuinely pull for you...
