Plus, if your state uses Daubert, you could fuck with the state's witness hard and long. If the judge isn't a dumbass hack or someone who thinks he/she is still a prosecutor, you could most likely keep it out if you're a Daubert state.

Police and the tactics they use can be such bullshit.
An acquaintance of mine was told to "come clean and be honest and we will go easy" about driving impaired. (He blew a 0.0). So he admitted to taking two Vicodin for his back. He was hit with an impaired driving and a reckless.
I'm not saying he didn't earn it, but the "we will go easy on you" dishonesty is egregious.

The 2 experiences I had with SF police, well mostly because of Hedge, were overwhelmingly positive, considering that we, again mostly Hedge, should have gone straight to jail but we're let go to continue on our wayward path

SF police stopped me one time during an obvious attempt to buy drugs, I had picked up a crack whore (b/c I knew she could score, not b/c I wanted to employ her for sex, which was the last thing on my mind) and the cops immediately pulled me. She took off, they asked me what was up, I told them I was just giving her a ride, an alibi that seemed to amuse them. They quickly found a crack pipe in my car and with very little parlay, they advised me that smoking crack was a bad idea and that I should clean up my act (sound advice in both instances) and sent me on my way. I'm think they confiscated the pipe, but I'm not 100% sure...

The time you were doing 80 on Masonic because you were late for work and some emergency came up while the cop was running your license and he tossed it back to you and said, "This is your lucky day."

But it didn't, Blanche, it didn't just happen anywhere

I'm just saying that that wasn't really an example of the same type of laxity that the SF police generally regarded drug "crimes". Any cop anywhere could've been called over to a more pressing case than the speeder he was currently dealing with, but I doubt many cops anywhere would let somebody go with a crack pipe on board. Just look at that article posted yesterday, the Houston police locked that women up for 45 days b/c of a speck of plaster on her floorboard. SF cops ain't got time to fuck with that bullshit...

the conservative tree house is reporting that there is another story coming out about the Minneapolis shooting
The man shot never applied for a CCW and was pulled over, not because of a broken tail light but because he fit the description of someone who robbed a convenience store a few blocks away 2 days before.
so now a guy with a gun, who tells a policeman he has a ccw but is lying about it, while a woman video tapes a false story puts a much different spin on the story.
is Andrew Brietbart and his pet project website reliable? I have no idea, but they do have a tweet to support their story from the Minneapolis Sheriffs department

I don't see much of a different spin. The cop fired a gun into a car with a guy who was calmly doing as he was directed, his wife or girlfriend and a 4-year-old the backseat. Just can't imagine why anyone would consider that to be acceptable regardless of whether his gun was legal or not.

The only video I can find is her telling her story after the shooting.
Is there a video of what transpired before the shooting and the shooting itself?
