Football season is nothing but a giant kick in the nuts for me, but I allow it to happen every year. I keep going back like a battered wife.

As a Chicago Bears fan, it is inconceivable that ANYBODY would make Rex Grossman their starting QB. None of us will ever forget the game against the archrival Packers where he turned in a ZERO POINT ZERO quarterback rating.
This video reflects the opinion most Bears fans have of Sexy Rexy:

The sad thing about Grossman is, after watching 3 Redskins games this year, is he can throw some damn good passes. He's gone downfield quite a bit and done a fantastic job of it. He has thrown the ball around quite a bit to and managed to mix it up a bit. He has actually worked the passing game very good. It's to bad he's throwing INT's. He seems to be good for at least 2 a game. He's had some fumbles too. If he would stop that crap, he would be one of the better QBs in the league.
Now it appears they get to go to the backup QB who may not be any better than Grossman. If you are a Redskins fan, this is hard to watch.
What torques me is, that by all accounts, they should bench Grossman if for no more than a game to get the message across. Shanahan appears to be hesitant on what to do. Great. Just freaking great.

The video game segment is funny to be sure. However, the first vid, of him on the sideline warming up, had me hitting the floor busting my ass. That video is priceless.

One of those videos had a link on the side titled "Rex Rescues Bears". Here is the video:
This video shows, that for all his faults, Rex gets it done on occasion. If he would just limit his turnovers to somewhere around one per game or something along those lines, he would be an awesome QB.
