That whole paragraph about the Bears is horseshit.

I wish you had pointed a loaded pistol at your chest and pulled the trigger without realizing it...

Well, the latter is a problem with our offensive line (especially the shit that will be trotted out next year). Maye was under a shitload of pressure and got flushed quite a bit, but he could extend plays to find someone down field or make plays with his feet. Granted, Maye had some weapons/targets to throw to that I doubt Johnson (or anyone else) will have next year.
Maye showed a lot of loyalty staying at Carolina. I have no doubt he would be in New York on Saturday night (and likely the winner) had he gone to Alabama or the like, and he passed up a few extra million in his pocket to stay at his family's school. He put up damn good numbers playing behind a shit offensive line and played through some injuries that noticeably bothered him down the stretch this season (ankle) and last seasons (shoulder). As a Carolina alum and fun, I am glad he stayed, but from a pure football perspective, I would have loved to see him play with a team like Bama because I know he would have been hell on wheels with that type of quality around him. He will forever be part of a major personal and family legacy in Chapel Hill, and I'm sure that from a long term perspective, that means more than a few extra million in short term money when you're looking at a career that could very well leave him with well over $100m in net worth after taxes and NFL player related expenses (management, whatever they pay into the league for the retirement stuff, professional services from accountants and lawyers, etc) when his career is over.

Dax saying, "Yeah, here we go" everytime he snaps the ball is fucking annoying.

No.
Which 13-0, Power-5 conference champion would you leave out of the playoffs to allow that to happen?

I get the no SEC thing but to be fair, FSU has not played anyone, Bama lost to Texas
If FSU had Bama's schedule, they'd have at least 2 losses.

Expands next year. Already saw one dumbfuck on texags claim that the old way was better and we dont need to even have four, just have Michigan play Washington. Why the fuck do people just love to suck rankings dick? The rankings are usually retarded. There are multiple teams already eliminated that could possibly win an expanded playoff even before another one gets cut today. (Ohio State, Oregen, Georgia). Im tired of the fucking popularity contest.
