Man, how can State fans put up with Gottfried? he just stood there and watched his kids have no clue how to beat that little press SLU threw at them. you can't blame sideline coaching for missed FTs but by the time SLU had turned it into State having to score other than the foul line, the Pack seemed clueless as to what to do.

Gottfried is a salesman, but he's not a coach and he's definitely not a closer. No coffee for him.

They said on Mike and Mike this morning that out of 11 million entrants in the billion dollar pool, there are 17,000 left with a chance to win (picked all 16 games correctly, which is more than I thought there would be). So that's 99.85% of the people knocked out on the first day. If that rate holds today, there will be 25 people left tomorrow...

Typical recipe for Dook tourny failure (although it's the only thing keeping them in this game right now): They've jacked up 34 3's and hit over 40%. That will usually win you the game, but how often are you going to be able to do that 6 times in a row?

For some reason I have Dook going to the FF in my bracket, but I am going to LMAO if they lose this game. I hope they do...
